Elizabeth answered all of Ella's questions nicely, her voice sweet and caring. Mary (the daughter) kept smiling at Ella and asking her little, sweet questions about how she liked the ranch. Even Aaron looked warmly at her and answered some questions. They were all very inviting Meanwhile... Wesley stood up from the table as soon as he was done and left the building. He threw a bridle on West and hopped on the stallion bareback, riding out into the pastures. Wesley just needed some time alone to... breathe. He clicked West into a canter, and they soon got to the river he and Ella had visited before. Wesley hopped off and sat by the river on a large rock, sighing and throwing in pebbles every once in a while as West grazed nearby.

Ella managed to engage in conversation with the other three very well, entertaining Mary's various questions quite well. She even had a cheerful conversation with Aaron, which she didn't think would be happening any time soon. After making sure she was able to leave, she headed to her room and took a quick shower, squeezing hay out of her hair, before just relaxing on her bed. It was a saturday night, and usually she would be at various car shows or car meets. As she flicked through people's social media's she felt a pang of sadness, watching as her friends drank, sped down highways, and overall just had fun with cars.

Wesley skipped rocks for a little longer, to no avail since it was a river... and then stood. He hopped back on West and galloped back, not caring that he was bareback just giving the stallion a good workout. When Wesley got back he took the bridle off West and put the horse away. He then walked out of the barn to the house, entered, and walked up the stairs with an idea. (light bulb!) Wesley knocked on Ella's door and waited for her to open it. When she did he presented his idea. (Yes I am just hoping you will open it XD). "Hey, I noticed you keep talking about car shows. I'm going to venture a guess this means you like cars, and probably trucks too. What do you like to do with them?" He inquired, knowing this was a weird question but then again, Wesley was weird

As she opened the door, Ella was surprised to see Wesley standing there. he didn't think he would want to come anywhere near her room, let alone talk to her. She frowned a bit as his question, slightly confused. "uh well..I dunno. Car shows and meets are two different things. Car shows consist of paying to park in a large venue and look at other peoples cars, present awards and stuff. Car meets, you just mssage other people to bring their cars, park in a random car park at night and..exist. With cars." She blurted that out, knowing she could talk for hours if given the chance. "And drifting. I love drifitng. My dad used to have a couple drift-built cars." She added, speaking with passion.

Wesley listened intently, seemingly fascinated by what she was saying. When she was done he raised an eyebrow. "So... you like looking at cars and drifting in cars. Are you doing anything right now? I wanna show you something." He asked, gesturing down the hall and outside. Wesley walked that way (assuming Ella was following) and exited the house, going round back of a big cattle barn they hadn't been in yet. He opened the back door, rolling it along till it revealed a big black truck and a car parked behind that. "So I know you may not be a fan of big trucks, but this is mine. The car behind it is something I built myself, in the spare time I don't have." Wesley commented. "The truck is a 2008 Chevrolet Silverado, dual-wheeled with a flatbed, 3500." He started, then glanced at the car. "As I said I built the car myself, because when i was younger racing was a hobby of mine. When the tracks were empty I would gather up one or two of my friends and we would go race each other, so this is the piece of junk I used to race in. It drifts pretty nicely." He explained with a small smile

i thought it said the car was a chevrolet silverado nd you had me racking my brain tryna work out if that was a thing loll)) . Ella followed Wesley down to wherever he was going, rather intrigued after his random question. As he went round to a cattle barn, and opened the doors Ella's eyes widened. Now, she didn't know as much about trucks as she did cars, but looking at the one parked in front of her, she got a strange..feeling. The same feeling she got when she saw a car she liked. It was difficult to explain, but certainly wasnt a bad one. As she eyed the truck, and the rather pretty car next to it, she turned to Wesley with a smile. "They're both so..nice. I didn't think you'd be the type to be into that car stuff. Though the truck stuff I can understand." she spoke quierly, almost as if she didnt wanna spook the..vehicles, That was a habit she had, really.

LOL... I would have been a little tired if I said that)) - Wesley smiled slightly as Ella looked at the car and the truck, gingerly leaning up against the wall of the big barn. "Why thank you. Yeah... it's a remnant of my younger years when I had time to spare." He answered quietly, gazing at the car he hadn't driven in so long. He had kept it in beautiful shape, though, oiling it enough, changing the oil, and checking the engine. Everything that needed to be done, he did. "Yes, one of my favorite things to do is go muddin." He replied with a chuckle. "I love to drive that truck around, off road it, go through the creek, on the trails.. it is fun for me." Wesley mused, looking at the black truck for a moment before turning his attention again to the small black car with red stripes. "There's an abandoned race track not too far from here. Wanna go?" Wesley asked tenatively

Memories flashed through her mind as he spoke, dissolving as he asked about the abandoned race track. Did she wanna go? Of course. Did she wanna stay and stare at the truck? Most definitely. She stod there and took in everything Wesley said, and it took a good minute or so for her to rack up an answer. Well, sort of answer. "Definitely." She said, quite excited. The car looked in such good conditionor the fact he hadn't driven it in ages. And that, to Ella, was a perfect situation.

Wesley watched Ella for a moment. She looked like she was making a very hard decision. He could tell that she didn't like most big loud trucks, but his was only big so he didn't get... hopelessly stuck. He used it quite a lot with the cattle, even though he did use horses more. And, instead of creaming out that it was there so your ears bled, his truck did a deep rumble that made HIM quite satisfied. When Ella answered, Wesley prayed the car started and walked over to it. He opened the door and glanced in... the old memories came flashing back. He remembered not being able to move his leg because he pushed down the clutch so many times. He remembered drifting the wrong way and spinning in a circle, ending in the grass. Now that was a mistake he would never make again. Wesley hopped into the car and grabbing some keys out of a pocket below the steering wheel, taking a breath. He put them in the slot, turned, and miraculously... the car started without even a huff of smoke. "Tada... it lives." Wesley grinned, since this was kinda a big moment for him. He had literally built this thing from scratch, so the fact it started up however many years later? Amazing.

Ella watched as Wesley headed over the car, and only seemed to realise she had been holding her breath after the car started, and she gave a deep, content sigh. While it sounded nice, looked well cared for, and was overall impressive, the memories of being in a hardly working car running through the city quickly took over. She frowned as they flicked through her brain like a slideshow, ending with a rather fatal crash when she was around 16. She pushed them down, and walked over to the car, looking at Wesley's smile. It seemed genuine, like he was actuallly happy with the car, and that made her feel a lot more relaxed. She gave a warm smile and peered at the car. "The car's impressive, I like it." She said, waiting to see whether she would be invited to get in, or have to make the decision herself.
