Tempe grimaced slightly as he continued to tend her wound, staring at nothing in particular. Again, his words didn't register. "Why aren't we friends?" She asked vaguely, her words slurring ever so slightly. "You're so... nice. So smart. And, nice-looking. So cute. Ohmigods, you're adorable." She muttered softly, the words spoken aloud but meant most definitely for herself. She reached up quietly to drag a slightly shaky knuckle down the curve of his nose, watching him with unrestrained curiosity. Maybe the littlest look of awe. Definitely a concussion.

(Oh gosh. That's a bad concussion) - Zephyr blinked slowly as she started speaking again, very, very slowly drawing back a little and just STARING at her in absolute shock and utter amazement. He needed to get her out of there right now. She was definitely seriously injured. Took a much harder knock to the head then he realized. "If any of that was true, which I know it wasn't, dear HADES PLEASE GET ME OUT OF HERE." He mumbled under his breath, grabbing the three things and then her and closing his eyes, concentrating. The helm seemed to give him strength, and they faded into the shadows quickly, appearing back in the normal death place, near the castle. "We need to get you back." He murmured, almost sounding concerned, no, wait, definitely sounding concerned.

((Can't let him have all the good injuries, can we? XD)) Temperance watched him panic in slight confusion, turning her attention to more pressing matters. "It smells like hundred year old feet..." She muttered distastefully, wrinkling her nose and blinking in surprise when she just got... picked up. She watched him in silence, curling her arms around his shoulders and letting her head flop against his shoulder. She practically clutched at what was left of his shirt through the shadow journey, giving a grumble of slight displeasure. She looked around in the same kind of bored interest as she had before.

(Can we cinsider this a good injury? She said some of the most absurd things I've ever heard XDD - Zephyr tried to ignore the fact she was clinging to him like a day old monkey, feeling quite uncomfortable worried and confused. He didn't even know concussions this bad were possible. How the heck had she gone from hating him to ... this. Could a rock really damage a brain that much? He paused for a second before taking a deep breath and sliding into the shadows again, all the way into the palace. Then, still carrying Temperence, he glanced around worriedly before walking into what he thought was a throne room. A tall dark haired handsome man with pale skin and dark blue eyes that looked terrifyingly like an older Zephyr lounged on the throne. Hades looked up as the demigods entered. "What a nice surprise. I'm assuming you got the helm? By the way, pre-warning, Zeus is ANGRY so be prepared to die haha. Also, why is she here? She hates you, obviously, and me." Hades said drily, standing and grabbing the helm with a smile. Zephyr rolled his eyes slightly. "Thanks, I'll prepare to die, and also nice to meet you DAD fore like the FIRST TIME not like you'd have a welcome party or anything. She does hate us as far as I can tell, but she got hit on the head REALLY hard." He glanced at her. "Really really hard."

((Shhhhh the drama is dramaing xD)) Temperance relaxed ever so slightly, but only until they shadow traveled again. She was, again, clutching at him like a lifeline, staring at nothing in particular and afraid of the sensation. Once the strange feeling left, she relaxed her grip and looked around lazily, her blue eyes half lidded. "Dark..." She muttered, looking at the ceiling and trying to focus on the details of it. Not working. She gave a small, frustrated huff, and only moved to look at something else when a voice registered dimly in her ears. She could hear it, but she wasn't really trying to listen. As the blur of flesh moved closer, she curled back into Zephyr, holding him a little tighter and setting her head against his chest with closed eyes. "No." She muttered vaguely, not in response to anything. In her own, slowly trudging mind, it felt like she was going to be given to the new arrival, which she very, very much did not want.

Hades stared at the daughter of Zeus for a couple seconds, his eyes still cold and calculating like Zephyr's but more bored. "Huh. Beautiful example of what Zeus acts like all the time- like he got hit on the head really hard." The god commented drily, then gazed at the helm like it was the only thing in the universe. "I do have to begrudgingly thank you for bringing this back. And you have been loyal. I thank you for that as well. As much as it is searing my brain with pain to say this, when she comes to her senses tell her I appreciate her service as well." Hades huffed a little before turning around. "Have fun with the other two. Posideon really is rocking the whole angry earthquake mad god thing right now." He called before melding into the darkness. Zephyr looked rather annoyed, but he nodded at what Hades said. He turned without a word and left before gathering his strength and ignoring the clinging of Temperence. They melted into the shadows once more. Appearing at the edge of a dark ocean and a cabin, he hiked up and opened the door, walking in and laying her on a bed. She needed, desperately, to rest before they faced Posideon. Zephyr treated her wound properly, crouching over her carefully and wiping away the blood that had accumulated.

Temperance let out a grunt at his comment on her father, her hearing well enough to make out the tone of an insult. She muttered something utterly incoherent, but more traditionally stubborn. Before she knew it, they had yet again changed places, and her brainw as starting to ache. She squirmed slightly and let out a whine of discomfort, briefly trying to wiggle away before she gave up. She watched the sky lazily; it was essentially a matted blanket of grey clouds anyway. "I don't want to die." She commented out of the blue, briefly after he set her down on a bed. She tilted her head to study the wall on the other side of the bed, reaching lazily out to drag her fingers along the panels of the wall. "Does that make me weak?" She questioned, still watching the wall in bored interest.

Zephyr was quite tired from the strength and concentration it took to make sure the shadows didn't take away parts of them. He had seen people fade before. It wasn't pretty. It was even harder since Temperence was... hurt. He finished treating her wounds and sat back with an exhausted sigh. At her words he stayed quiet for a couple moments- whatever he said she wouldn't remember anyway, right? "No, you're anything but weak. That just means you have something to live for. You are the strongest person I've ever met, and darn good with a bow and arrow too. I wish we could be friends too. And I wish you liked me. But I guess no one does. No one ever has. For the record, I like you a lot better when you're not delusional, though. You're pretty, and you can be kind with some things, you're strong and persistant... I wish I was more like you." He said quietly, using the opportunity to say what he wanted to say, what he knew he could never say if she'd remember.

Temperance tilted her head to study him as he responded, tilting her head and trying to listen to his words. She stared at him for a few moments afterward, trying to sluggishly mull over what he said in her brain. "I like you." She murmured, reaching out to toy halfheartedly with his hair. She was tired, but she wanted to talk, to have company. To have a friend. She dropped her hand and watched him in slight wonderment. To say she understood everything he said was an exaggeration, but she still understood the gist of what he tried to say. "Are we going to die?" She asked idly, watching him intently.

Zephyr had a feeling any words he said would be quickly forgotten, and even if she sort of understood them in the moment she'd totally blow them away when she got her bearings back. So he didn't care much. Her next words took him aback for a second, but again he reminded himself it was the head injury talking. "Veeeeerry Believable." He snorted sarcastically, sighing and looking up at the ceiling. At her question he slowly looked down. "I might if you don't heal soon, but no, you're not going to die. We're not going to die." He answered stoutly, even though it was probably useless talking to her.
