Dakota stayed outside with Secret until the sun was rising. She finished re-braiding Secret's tail for the 7th time before stepping out of the stall and checking her phone. 6am. "Shit" She said, knowing Nate would most likely be up soon. She didn't want him to freak out looking for her, so she locked the stall and walked back to the house

Dakota was caught off-guard when he hugged her, feeling how tense he was. "Hey." She said quietly. "I didn't mean to worry you" She added after a moment

"It's alright. I'm fine." She said, kissing his cheek

"You okay?" She asked

Dakota nodded. "Let's go inside." She said, pulling away and taking his hand
