Aria looked over at Sage and smiled. She kissed the top of his head softly. Aria remembered the first time they met... it was one of the best days in her life. Meeting Sage... it sort of glued all the pieces of her heart back together after she lost both of her parents. If she hadn't met him, man she would be a hot mess.

Sage stayed very close to Aria while the storm went on....buried into her close. Once it calmed down though...around a little after midnight, he was able to calm down too. He fell asleep quickly after that....being scared for that long and jumping around for that long was exhausting, plus it was very late.

Aria grinned softly when the boy fell asleep. She was glad he could get some rest finally. Aria drifted off shortly after Sage and cuddled in close to him.

Sage slept rather deeply, since he was up late and very very exhausted. He woke up briefly in the morning, but didn't feel like getting up since he was still very tired so he cuddled back up and slept again.

Aria woke up in the morning after Sage had fallen back asleep. She got up and carefully grabbed Caroline. Caroline was still sleeping and her head was resting against Aria's shoulder. Aria kissed the little girls cheek and smiled.

Sage stirred slightly when Aria got up but curled up around a pillow once she'd left. He woke up a few hours after or so, and looked around before seeing his wife and child and hummed a sleepy good morning to them.

Aria heard Sage wake up, and she whispered a soft good morning back to him. "Sleep well?" She asked, hoping he still wasn't shooken up from the storm. Caroline looked up, her eyes still sleepy. "Good morning dada!" The little girl said happily.

Sage smiled over at them, definitely feeling much better than the night before. "Hey girlie," he chirped to Caroline, opening his arms for her and sitting up when she scrambled into his lap.

Caroline giggled and cuddled up in Sage's lap. Aria smiled softly. She would have the doctor come in today to check if she was really pregnant. The girl couldn't wait to see Carolines reaction.

Sage smiled down at the girl and pecked her on the head once she'd settled in his lap, wrapping his arms around her happily. He was definitely still tired, but he felt better than the night before for sure.
