Emery squeezed his hand in response, smiling just a smidge at him. Dr. Smith's persona dropped slightly as he winced silently, tossing another glance at Noah. "You're that Noah? I understand why you feel how you do now, saw the crash on the news and it looked terrible. We can do this at any pace you want, just take your time, only tell me things you're okay with me knowing." Smith explained, eyes quoting just the lightest sorrow and worry. |
