Sage wrapped his arm around her with a soft huff of air. "We'll figure that out later I suppose," he mused, glancing over at Liz as she came over. "Very neat, hon," he mused lightly, giving her an impressed nod. |

"Cool find, Liz. Looks like it was a big bird, could've been a hawk." Elara mused, handing it back. Now, she wasn't very sure if it could've been a hawk, but the girl's eyes brightened as she stared up at the woman. "Really? It could've been a big one?!" She asked with excitement, giddy as she darted off, determined to find more. |

Sage chuckled softly and nodded in real to Liz's comment, glad she was excited about it all. "Yeah, a real big one," he agreed. He doubted it act was a bird the size of a hawk....but the excitement in the little girls eyes was well worth it, so he figured that outweighed his uncertainty about it. He laughed softly as she ran off again, just watching her go with a soft smile on his face. "I missed this while she was in the school," he murmured softly. |

Elara grinned, settling back against Sage as the wind blew, sending a shiver down her spine as she pulled the blanket tighter around her body, leaning against him more. Varys eventually flopped down, sighing as he curled up at Elara's feet, still loyal to her after all the years had gone by. She remembered when she'd first found him, his leg angled oddly and unable to walk. It'd taken days to earn his trust, as the first time she just about lost her hand when he snapped at her, leaving the circular scar on her finger. Eventually the wolf had came around, tolerating her for a few minutes before growling once more, watching as she stalked off. |

Sage chuckled softly when he felt Elara snuggle in closer as the wind picked up for a brief moment, and he moved to hold her a little tighter. It had made him chilly too, so he definitely didn't mind her body heat. "We'll have to see what skins we have and start making coats and hats and gloves," he noted, gaze flickering up to the sky where the clouds moved at a fast pace. "We'll need them soon." Once the snow came, and the frigid cold alongside it, they'd need something more than a few blankets. |

She nodded, remembering the few hides they had which....well, wasn't enough but wasn't too little to make a few small items such as gloves or something along that line. "Agreed, i'd rather not any of us freeze to death---especially Liz." Elara murmured, watching as the girl found a skull, her smile fading when she realized it was just a rock, chunking it outwards. |

Sage hummed softly, watching his daughter run around the yard happily. "Take care of her first, then you make whatever you need," he noted. "Im used to living outside, so I can make do with a little less." They can always hunt more animals to make coats out of, but as of right now they could make a coat for Liz and hats and gloves for all of them. He and Alorha could share a single hat and pair of gloves if they needed to. |

"We might need to make another trip to town, get a restock on money from Nate, some string, and a sewing needle or two. As well as anything else." She noted, Liz eventually coming up to them. "I'm cold."
She said, yanking the blanket open before burying herself in the middle of Elara and Sage, wrapping the rest around herself until only her head peeked out of the fabric. |

Sage nodded with a hum, tilting his head as he thought. "Yeah," he agreed. "And maybe something to waterproof the roof, just in case there's any leaks," he added, thinking out loud. "And maybe something else like some towels to keep under the windows to keep the wind out," he added. When Liz came up to them, he chuckled softly and lifted the blanket so she could bury herself between them. "We'll get you a nice warm coat soon, yeah," he promised her. |

Liz nodded, a wide smile on her face as she settled in the warmth. Elara chuckled, tilting her head back slightly. "Seems like we have quite the work to do. Kill a king, make some winter clothing---no biggie." She teased, a nervous chuckle slipping her throat. |
