(Oooookay then) (Okay! That makes more sense. Thanks xD) - Zephyr went to his locker and put his stuff away and grabbed his materials, taking a deep breath. The first basketball game of the season was tomorrow and the prom was the next day. He was actually more nervous about prom. Still, he hoped they didn't mess up the game big rime.

Sophia walked in. She definitely looked more happy than she had before. Word had obviously spread that she and Zephyr were talking, because eyes were all over her. She ducked her head and darted to class before she missed the bell Edited at April 12, 2024 08:11 PM by Dandelion Farms

Zephyr glanced around. Ohhh man. The staring started. Lydia walked up with three girls following her. "Zephyrus, look who's already moving on. Downgrading, are you? Well I moved on too- you were never special enough for me. I believe you know Robert Lank, don't you?" She was way too evilly sweet. Zeph's eyes widened as he looked at the boy that just walked up. "Lank." He said drily. Robert grinned. "Nice seeing you again, Scar face." He snickered. Zephyr glared before quickly shouldering away. He started to go away before he stopped and wheeled. "Lydia? For one, I didn't move anywhere, and for two- I upgraded. You don't deserve to be near me." He growled, looking triumphant at the shock on her face. He then swept away, towards his class.

Sophia caught a glimpse of Zephyr. She knew she didn't need to get into it, but she also felt like she needed to stand up against Lydia. She slowly walked up beside Zephyr. "What just happened?" She asked him. She hoped her voice would carry slightly above the voices of everyone talking.

Zephyr had stuffed his hands in his pockets and honestly looked like an angry hyena. When Sophia came up he smoothed out the anger-wrinkles in his forehead really quickly and looked less like a dragon ready to eat someone. "Lydia decided to taunt me, but she also got together with Robert Lank, high-school Jock, biggest idiot ever, and rudest bully in the world." He answered with a small shake of his head.

Sophia tilted her head "was he the one who gave you that bruise?" She asked as she eyes his face. Her bruise was still there slightly it it wasn't bothering her unless she messed with it.

Zephyr winced slightly as he gently touched the side of his face where the long scar now lay. "Yeaaah. He's the bully that purposefully trips people on hard floors so they split their faces open." He answered with a small snort, his dark blue eyes darting around for a second.

Sophia tried to keep a laugh, but a tiny squeak escaped. Izzy caught the sound from across the hall and quickly strode over, grabbing both of them by the arm and dragging them to a quiet hall. "Everyone is talking about y'all..." she shook her head "apparently everyone has 'always wanted y'all together' and 'y'all look so cute together' ugh" Izzy looked like she was about to gag and Sophia started dying. "Izzy! Quit lying!" She lay fully pushed her shoulder. "Fine fine fine! But seriously! Soph. Have you found a dress?" She glanced at Zephyr before answering. "Yeah... I did"

Zephyr rolled his eyes slightly before they widened a little in surprise as a girl- Izzy, he assumed, came up and practically dragged Sophia and him away. He wasn't a huge fan of that, but what was he going to do, gape and stare? His eyebrows furrowed slightly at her words. True, everyone was probably talking about them, but not true, probably no one wanted them to be together. Wait- ugh! They weren't together! The prom meant nothing. He shook the thought out of his mind. "Splendid to meet you too, Izzy." He said with slight sarcasm before his mind flitted to the coming day. "I'd better get going- if I'm late to math my teacher might actually whip me. I'll see you later." He nodded at Sophia before slipping away, and going to class. After both classes he went to lunch, dropping his stuff on a back table before getting some food.

Sophia walked to her classroom with a slight smile. "Two days" she murmured to herself throughout the first half of the day. She sighed when she made it to art class, grabbing the watercolor paints and creating a beautiful sunset. A mountain range covered the sun with a shimmer. Sophia placed it in her sketchbook and made it to the lunch table. "Hello" she muttered, trying to ignore the eyes staring into her back
