Finn smiled, looking right into her eyes. He nodded, "Right now. We'll build our life together, with my one true love..." he whispered, going back in to kiss her. One hand slipped under her top, just holding her waist, waiting for her.

Sera’s breath caught gently at his touch, not out of hesitation, but from the depth of emotion curling around her heart like a ribbon. She met his gaze, her eyes full of nothing but love and unwavering trust. “You already are my life,” she whispered, voice trembling with softness. “And I’m ready, Finn. I want this—with you.” She kissed him again, slower this time, her hands framing his face with reverence. Every movement was tender, deliberate—full of promise. She leaned into him fully, giving herself to the moment, to them, wrapped in warmth and certainty. This was their beginning.

Finn smiled and nodded, tearing up a bit. He kissed her slowly and intensely, tugging her shirt up and over her head slowly as he shifted to hold himself above her. The whole ordeal was all love and slow. Just about the two of them being together, in love. It was nice though, to get back to the normality. They hadn't been together like this since the military. Finn hadn't been interested in anything during depression, and they just hadn't fully gone back to normal. Finn was happy to get back to it now. Once they'd finished, Finn rolled off of her, resting beside her.

Sera lay there beside him, heart still fluttering, her body wrapped in a warmth that had nothing to do with the blankets. Her fingers reached for his, intertwining gently, grounding herself in the quiet stillness of the moment. She turned her head slightly to look at him, eyes soft and glowing with quiet affection. "That felt like us again," she whispered, a small smile tugging at her lips. “Not just the closeness… but the love. The calm. Like we’ve finally come home.” Her thumb brushed over the back of his hand. “I missed this. I missed you. Not just the part that touches, but the part that feels.” She leaned in and kissed his shoulder, resting her cheek against it with a contented sigh. “I love you, Finn. So much. And I’m so glad we’re here again… together.”

Finn nodded, sqheezing her hand gently. "Back to normal," he hummed with a soft smile, cuddling in again.

Sera smiled faintly, the kind of smile that lived in the corners of her lips and the warmth behind her eyes. She nestled closer to him, tucking herself perfectly against his chest, their hands still intertwined. “Maybe even better than normal,” she murmured, her voice muffled against his skin. “Because now we’ve seen the worst… and we still chose each other. Again and again.” She closed her eyes, listening to the steady rhythm of his heartbeat, letting it soothe the last flickers of uncertainty in her chest. “I wouldn’t trade this—us—for anything.” Her thumb rubbed gently over his knuckles, grounding them both in the moment. “This is where we start the rest of forever.”

Finn smiled, holding her close. "Neither would I," he whispered. "Youre my one and only, forever and always,"

Sera’s heart melted at his words, her arms tightening around him like she could somehow pull their souls even closer. She lifted her head just enough to meet his eyes, her expression full of quiet awe. “And you’re mine,” she whispered, brushing her fingers along his cheek. “There’s no one else I could ever imagine walking through life with… no one else I’d want by my side.” She leaned in, kissing him slowly—soft and sure—then rested her forehead against his. “Forever and always,” she echoed back, her voice steady, full of truth. With a soft breath, she nestled into his chest again, her hand still holding his like a promise. “We’ve got so much ahead of us, and I’m ready for all of it… because it’s with you.”

Finn smiled, hugging her close. "Forever and always," he promised, holding her tight.

Sera closed her eyes, the words sinking deep into her chest like warmth through her bones. She let herself be wrapped in his embrace, her fingers curling into the fabric of his shirt as if she could anchor herself to the moment forever. “I’ll never stop choosing you,” she whispered, voice soft and certain against his skin. “In every life, every version of us… it’s always going to be you.” She pressed a kiss just above his heart and rested there, letting the silence speak all the love they didn’t need to put into words. Her thumb brushed gently over his hand again, the gesture instinctive and tender. “Let’s never let go of this,” she murmured, the corners of her lips lifting into a small, peaceful smile. “Whatever comes next… we face it together.”
