Taylor Browns - Taylor screeched out in pain until the paramedics injected her with a heavy pain killer that made her sleepy very very quickly. When the medicine kicked in, Taylor couldn't feel anything. Her vision became hazy and the voices and noises around her sounded distant. Once Taylor was drowsy and not flailing around in pain, like she was, the paramedics lifted her up onto the stretcher and wheeled her outside and into the ambulance. Taylors head rolled to the side, and through her hazy vision she saw Caleb. She didn't feel mad at him anymore. She didn't know what was happening to her, she could very well be dieing, so no, she couldn't be mad. "...Caleb..." she murmured weakly in his direction, although he probably couldn't hear. With one blink, Taylor was in the ambulance and the paramedics had put an oxygen mask over her nose and mouth which just made her even sleepier. Taylors grandma turned to Caleb, trying to hold back her tears. "We don't know" she admitted and climbed into the ambulance with Taylors grandpa. As the paramedics were loading up and getting ready to leave rather quickly, her grandmother poked her head out the back to look at Caleb. "Are you coming, or what?" she asked him.

Taylor Browns - Taylor's grandma listened and shook her head disapprovingly. "You are not the only ranch hand on this property and the horses don't need to be cared for 24/7. Your telling me you're staying here to tend to your horses while the girl you supposedly 'like-like' could be dying. Its a 10 minute ride to get to the hospital. You went to the bar for a few hours last night. I think you need to rethink your priorities. Now I understand why Taylor is upset with you. Have a good night taking care of the horses, Caleb." the elderly woman scolded Caleb. While she was talking, the paramedics had finished packing up everything just when she finished. So Taylors grandma shut the door giving the boy a disapproving look, and the ambulance zipped off to the hospital. Taylor had passed out in the ambulance while her grandmother was scolding Caleb, so she was still asleep on the ride there.

Caleb looked down. Taylor was mad at him and he thought him being there would make it worse. Plus he did need to deal with angel. She let no ther human touch or get close to her. And he heeded to ride whiskey. He untacked angel and tacked up whiskey. He felt bad and rode whiskey to the hospital tying him to the pens outside. He went in and asked for Taylor's room

Taylor Browns - Taylor was unconcious whent the ambulance arrived at the hospital. The paramedics got to work and quickly wheeled Taylor into the hospital. Her grandparents got out too, and tried to follow, but a few nurses stopped them, telling them it was restricted area and to go to the waiting room. Her grandparents obeyed and walked down to the waiting room. Meanwhile, Taylor was getting a bunch of tests, scans, x-rays and such to figure out what was wrong with her. Because of Taylors medical history with her lungs, she was a number one priority patient. Because of her lungs, even if Taylor had the slightest little cough or headache she was supposed to go to a doctor, so this was not good at all. Eventually the doctors figured out what was wrong and went out to her grandparents. "Hello, I'm Doctor Maria, I am treating your granddaughter, Taylor." the doctor introduced herself. Taylors grandparents looked up at her. "There is some bad news and some good news. The bad news is, Taylors appendix ruptured, due to an appendicitis. We will need to operate on her as soon as possible to clean up her abdomen and clean up the rupture site. The good news is, Taylor should be perfectly fine after the procedure. Although because of her lungs, anaesthesia can be dangerous for her. Most likely Taylor will be fine, and if she is not operated on within the next 6 hours or so, she may become septic, which will be fatal for her." the doctor explained Taylors situation to her grandparents. "Do what you need to do to keep her alive." Taylors grandmother said looking up at the doctor. Dr. Maria nodded and walked back down to where Taylor would be prepped for surgery. Just as Dr. Maria left, Caleb came in. "I'm sorry sir, but Ms. Browns just got admitted into surgery. If you'd like to wait with her family, they are just over there. Ms. Browns should be out in about an hour or so." the respetionist told Caleb and gestured over to her grandparents who hadn't noticed him yet.

Taylor Browns - Taylors grandparents saw Caleb and her grandmother gave him a 'you got your priorities straightened out?' look, but didn't tell him to leave. She knew it would be better for both Taylor and Caleb if he was here when she woke up later that night. "She just ruptured her appendix, she should be okay once she gets out of surgery." Taylors grandma responding to Calebs question.

Taylor Browns - Taylors grandparents watched as Caleb left, but didn't question it, and just kept waiting for Taylor to come out of surgery. Eloise and Nick popped up into Taylors grandmas mind. She better call them to tell them about it. "I'm going to call Elosie and Nick, they deserve to know whats going on with their sister." she said and pulled out her phone. After Taylors grandma had talked to both Nick and Eloise, she turned back to Taylors grandpa and told him the news. "Nick is driving up now, he says he should be here in two hours, and Eloise is on her way to the airport to catch the next flight her, she'll be in tomorrow at 6am." she said. "That seems a bit to much just for a ruptured appendix." grandpa said. "Love, you know what she's been through. Nick and Eloise just want to make sure she's okay." grandma argued softly. "Yeah, I know." grandpa responded. - After an hour and a half or so, Taylor was stiched up and brought up to her room where she would be staying for a week or so to heal up properly. She was still unconcious from the anaesthesia, but she wasn't on it anymore, so she should wake within a half hour. Dr.Maria walked down to the waiting room and greeted her grandparents. "Hello again. I come baring only good news this time. Taylors surgery went wonderfully and she is on the road to recovery. She is still asleep from the anaesthesia, but should wake up soon. You are welcome to come and visit her now, she's in room 506." Dr.Maria said with a smile. Relieved, both Taylors grandparents sighed, finally able to relax. "Thank you so much, doctor." grandpa thanked the doctor. "Of course" Dr.Maria responded with a smile. The doctor left, and then the grandparents started to make their way up to Taylors room.
