Ajax furrowed his brows slightly, looking at her with narrowed eyes. "Well if I was going to count those I'd max out at about 578.... cause that's around how high I can count." He joked with a twinkle in his eyes. "Just a quick add on... my father was quite proud of me that day, I know because when he is mad at me it sounds like he went from speaking english to speaking Morse Code.... if you bleep out all the cuss words. *Bleep bleep bleeeep, son Bleeeeeppppppp, get you bleeeeeep over bleep before I bleeep bleeeeeep bleep.*" Ajax voiced his thoughts cheerily, snorting slightly at his great imitation of his father. "Anyway, I got myself into thousands of times the amount of trouble as a normal kid. Liiike I wanted to learn how to tree jump, and that didn't end well. I probably got a third of my scars that way. Then again, mind you, I now am amazing at it. Another one, we had a couple giant barns and I hung three ropes from the rafters of one and taught myself how to swing, jump from one rope to the other, jump again, then slide down. That was another lot of scars." Ajax mused with a grin, knowing Mercy would definetely laugh at his idiotic brain when he was young

"Oh, isn't that a surprise." She said sarcastically, leaning toward him slightly in eagerness. She giggled at his imitation of his father. "I still don't forgive him." She teased. She tilted her head and listened to him recount parts of his childhood with a smile. She ended up laughing again at his explanation of rope-swinging. "Well, you had a very interesting childhood, didn't you?" She asked. "You beat me by a whole lot, I have two scars, thats all." She shrugged.

Ajax furrowed his brows slightly and looked at Mercy as she giggled. "That was a terrible imitation of when he's angry, I'll do a real one." He announced, then took in a deep breath. "BOY YOU WILL BLEEPING BLEEP DO THIS AND IF I EVER BLEEP BLEEP BLEEEEEP HEAR YOU BLEEP THAT BLEEEEEEEEP AGAIN I WILL BLEEEP YOUR BLEEEP. GET YOUR BLEEP OUT OF HERE BEFORE I BLEEPING BLEEP IT. YOU ARE A BLEEPING BLEEPER OF A BLEEPER." Ajax raised his voice enough to how he must have been screaming if he was his father, but not too high since he just wasn't that loud at the moment. Ajax looked stunned as Mercy mentioned how many scars she had. "... two? I had more than that when I was 2 years old!" He exclaimed with a snort. "Father accidentally dropped me on the floor and farm dog bit me." Ajax told her how it happened just to get a kick out of her reaction, grinning

She jumped as he launched into a terrifying imitation of his father. She blibked at him for a few moments after he finished before relaxing again. "And yet again, you prove my point." She chuckled, listening to him criticize her lack of scars. "Oh? That sounds in character to your father, but I thought farn dogs were supposed to be super obedient and gentle?" She asked, tilting her head at him.

Ajax snorted at Mercy's expression. "Eh." Was all he said to her first sentence, but he looked a little sheepish about her second. "Weeeelll... the farm dogs we had were very obedient and gentle. I was hoping you wouldn't ask, but by farm dog I mean coyote." He half coughed, making a face as he glanced away

She gave him a blank stare. "How. In. The. Holy. Living. World. Did you get bit by a coyote...before you were 2?" She asked incredulously, staring at him as though she couldn't take her eyes off him. "And... can I see the scars?" She added, in a lighter tone of voice.

Ajax stifled a laugh, knowing it would hurt. "My father took me on a ride and stopped to wash his face in the stream, forgetting I was there and riding off. I sat there for a couple hours before he came back, looking amazed I wasn't dead. You are right, I see that now. He was a horrible father." Ajax almost choked trying not to laugh, small snorts sounding. His eyes twinkled as he thought about that, shaking his head slightly and focusing on her next sentence. "Here's the one from the coyote." Ajax answered, brushing his hair back from his forehead to show a jagged scar running along his head. "When my father dropped me my side/back smacked into the counter, soo I believe that scar is someone around here." Ajax added, twisting slightly to show a scar that ran along the side of his back. It was a little thinner and smoother, but still 2 inches long.

She listened to him intently, shaking her head with a chuckle. "Yeah, you think?" She teased, absentmindedly reaching to trace the scar on his side before yanking her hand back and blinking, since he wasn't fond of her touch to begin with. She cleared her throat and flushed slightly pink but kept her composure. "You have so many. Its amazing you remember all their stories."

Ajax rolled his eyes slightly, deciding not to answer that for the good of both of them. He didn't move when Mercy obviously had a brain fail... he probably wouldn't have been too angry if she touched it, but now she was just amusing him. "Wait, this is great. I can make you blush without moving or saying anything? World record awesome." Ajax teased, though he moved onto what she said. "Yes, I do have a lot. It's easy to remember when you have to tell the stories for each one one hundred billion times." He joked with a chucke

"I am NOT blushing, you broken piece of swiss cheese." Mercy growled, promptly blushing a brighter red. She huffed at him as he continued on, her blush growing dimmer as she put her hostility away. She leaned closer to him slightly in interest. "Tell me about them." She said, pleading slightly.
