"Sure you were. It's okay to admit it; I know I'm gorgeous." Trixie said sarcastically, then looked around the room in confusion. She vaguely understood some parts of it; like some sort of... time till you die thing. The temptation to break her one rule was pretty great, but she didn't, instead walking to his side with a small frown. She concentrated on what he was looking at, and tilted her head at it, reaching out to touch his profile hesitantly. He spoke before she touched it, and she looked back at him, withdrawing her hand with a huff. "Alright." She said reluctantly, walking slowly out the door. Matt gave her a very weak smile and headed back out the door, not really bothering to hold it open for her as he had done before. He didnt mind her reaching out to touch any of theprofiles, it wasnt like she was gonna get electrocuted or anything. But he also didnt appreciate it being ..his. He stood by the door waiting for Trixie, unsure of what to really say that wasnt to do with the room they had just been in. "Uh..anyway. I can take you home now if you like. Or, anywhere really" he said, attemtping to at least have something to say.

Trixie stared meekly at her feet as she exited. She still didn't know what all of it meant- and it unsettled her. She blinked up at him as he spoke, shrugging. "Whatever you want to do is fine with me. I can go home, we can go do something else, whatever." She shrugged, making her way toward the car. She didn't know what to say at that point.

"I dont think we have anything else to do together unless you just wanna..chill. I really dont know" Matt shrugged. He wasnt free of jobs on the weekend, he usually had some stupid thing like patrolling the parks, or beaches or something. And he hated it. "I'll be stuck wandering around the beach for most of the day, so I'd day go home. I cant say itll be all that interesting" he added, hading back towards the car. He felt ever so slightly bad for basically telling her to go away, but it was a habit. Sitll, it would be nice to also have some company, right?

"I'm alright to chill." Trixie shrugged, giving him an intrigued look. "Wow, stuck walking along a beach. Such horrible punishment." She said sarcastically. "If you want me to come, I'll come. If you don't, I won't."

"i'd rather get swallowed up by the ground than spend hours on the beach,i hate it" he mumbled, tracing his hand along the door handle of the car. He wasnt entirely sure what to say, unless he just blurted the one thought out that he was having. Which of course, is exactly what he did. "i want you to come with me" he said quietly, his gaze settling on her eyes as he spoke. Though of course, he regretted his words immediately, he still carried on "i'd rather have you there instead of being by myself" he added, pulling open the car door as he did so.

Trixie chuckled at his passion. "Strong opinions, huh?" She teased, waiting for his answer and trying her best not to seem that desperate. Her breath hitched as he caught her eye, and the way he spoke made her melt a little. And, as per usual, he fucked it up by continuing to open his mouth. She rolled her eyes and glanced off, scoffing. "Right. I'll do my best to entertain you, then." She said playfully, ducking into the car.

"Strong opinions on what, the sea? Yeah" He said quietly, giving her a weak smile. The sea was the whole reason he was even here, the whole reason he was in a coma in the first place. He was only able to remember it because of the day he'd ben convinced to hve the memroies brought up in the memories building. Which he heavily regretted. He slipped into the car before speaking, shutting the door rather quickly. "I was being nice, Trixie. I want you to come with me." He repeated, starting the rather short drive to the beach car park. They ended up there pretty quickly, and he sat and gestured towards the very large, slightly busy, practially white sands beach. The sea didnt have a horizon , instead just a very bright white light. "i promise it'll be boring" he smiled, his eyes scanning over the lapping waves.

Trixie shot him a sweet smile, shaking her head. "Right, I forgot you have to follow up genuine words with something stupid all the time." She teased, curling up slightly. She hopped out lightly when they arrived, looking at her heels and then the beach. She promptly took her heels off and set the I'm the car before looking up at him. The sudden seabreeze blew her hair steadily, making her look like she was in some sort of car commercial. "What a nice promise." She chuckled, shutting the car door. "So why don't you like the sea?" She asked curiously.

Matt narrowed his eyes jokingly at her first comment, getting out the car and staring back across the beach, making rather awkward eye contact with someone trekking their way across the sand. He turned his gaze back to Trixie, beckoning for him to follow her. He inhaled sharply at her question, unsure of how to really answer. If he ujust explained it like it was some sort of normal accident, he wouldnt let on where they actuallywere right? He made sure to wait until they had both set foot on the sand, joining her by her side before he spoke. "I just..Dont. I had an accident a long time ago, fell foff a cliff and got stung by a jellyfish" he explained bluntly. There was by no means any way he was telling her he didnt fall, he infact jumped. It was better not having too much pity. "Its fine though, it landed me here" he added, biting his lip immedaitely. She was right, he always had to ruin his sentences somehow.
