Cam somehow managed to sleep late into the next morning. She woke with a start, finding herself still curled up in her clothes from the day prior. She wrinkled her nose, although when she spotted Kai sleeping next to her she couldn't help the gentle smile that crossed her face. She leaned in to peck his temple, and wriggled out of his hold with a small huff of air. She got changed quickly, and smiled as she heard the maid knocking on the door. She glanced over and took the tray as she came in, setting it quietly on the side so she didn't wake Kai just yet. He'd been so busy over the last few weeks, with everything going on. She had a feeling he'd enjoy some good rest and a bit of a lay in. |

Kai woke slowly after she moved out of bed. He smiled up at her as she placed the tray on the bedside table. "Goodmorning, baby," he murmured. |

Cam looked over at him, a little startled as she noticed him awake. She offered a sheepish smile, and leaned over to peck his lips. "Morning," she whispered softly. She furrowed her brows slightly, clearly a little worried. "Did I wake you? Sorry," she added, her voice soft. |

Kai smiled, reaching for the mini blueberry muffin on the tray. "It's okay," he smiled. |

Camery smiled softly and ran her fingers throuh his hair, a small hum escaping her. She apologised again, although stayed seated at his side. Their wedding was... very soon. The two of them could relax as much as they needed until then. |

Camery watched him chew on the muffin, her face momentarily converting into a chuckle as he tried to eat the mouthful. She hummed and ran her fingers through his hair, then leaned in to peck his forehead. "You sir, are the finest thing to have ever set foot on planet earth," she mused. "You can have a day to relax if you'd need it - I was just wanting to go see the preparations," she chuckled. |

Kai smiled. "Are you gonna stay with me?" He asked. He couldn't just relax and sleep without her. |

Camery hummed softly, offering a gentle shrug as she considered his words. She supposed she could stay with him for a little while—there was no real rush—but part of her still wanted to go and check on how everything was coming together. The wedding was being set up, and from what she had seen last time, it looked absolutely gorgeous. She was eager to see how much more had been done, to take in all the little details that would make the day as perfect as possible. Still, for now, she could linger a bit longer. She glanced at Kai, a small chuckle escaping her lips as she gave him a light, playful look. "For a little bit," she chirped gently. "I'm gonna head out a little later." |
