Camery sat with him until the black smoke in the room started to clear, and glanced up at him after a good ten or so minutes. She didn't have a single clue what it was all about, and it had scared her, but nothing could scare her enough to let him sit there and panic like that. She buried her nose back into his chest and just held him tighter, wrapping her own body around his as if it would protect him from... whatever had just happened.

Kai hugged her back, burying his face in her shoulder. Eventually he fully calmed down, just hugging her.

Cam held him tight long after he'd calmed down, her nose buried into his shoulder. "Alright?" She asked softly, her brows pinching together tightly. She rubbed her hands up and down his arms comfortingly, then ran them down to his hands as she sat up.

Kai nodded, taking deep breaths, looking up at her.

Cam looked back at him, a soft breath escaping her as she looked back at the ripped up tiles on the floor. She didn't know what happened - or what was going on, or why. All she knew was that she had to somehow help him. She still wasn't overly sure she knew how. Their wedding was tomorrow, and she didn't want him feeling like this. She pulled the blanket up over his shoulders a little more and gave a soft smile. "Okay... come on. Lets get you back to bed, hm," she offered softly.

Kai nodded, a little shell shocked now. He hadn't the slightest clue what just happened. He stood up with her and walked back to the bed, her leading him.

She took his hand quickly and wandered them back towards the bed, gently setting him down before pecking his forehead. She settled herself down after a moment, not wanting to move or do... anything that might et him off. The last thing she wanted to do was upset him or something.

"I'm sorry..." Kai whispered, staring at the ceiling, not moving.

Cam shook her head at his comment, and sort of turned to wrap herself around him. "Come here," she murmured quietly. She patted his chest softly after a moment. "Its... okay. As long as you're okay," she whispered, just sort of looking down quietly. "I'm sorry - I didn't mean to upset you."

Kai nodded, rolling into her and burying his face in her chest. "No... its my fault... I was upset and grumpy... I pushed you away and once you were gone I started overthinking and stressing and I- I just lost control of my magic..."
