Rose hesitated. "Why?"

"To see if the poison is still in you.To see if your going to die.To see how far its spread,that's why." He answers,shutting his laptop.

"Jesus calm down!" She said, extending her hand. "Here"

"Am calm.Don't want you to end up like me,simple,really." He says,grabbing her hand and in a quick motion,making a cut in her palm,squeezing just enough blood into a tube,sticking it into the machine.

Rose winced. Didn't see that coming. She thought, waiting

"You can go do whatever.Takes a minute." He says,sitting at his desk and fiddling with the blade.Caden stopped,looking at the blade.With that he grabbed his work mirror and pointed it to his neck,starting to slice the poisons veins which had now reached below his eyes.He winced,blood and the black poison slithering down his neck. "Finally." Was all he muttred before returning back to cutting.

Rose sat down on the floor with a sigh. "Stop cutting yourself"

"No." He said,switching for a smaller blade before continuing on his face

Rose sighed

Caden wiped the blood away,seeing the veins gone.He grinned,only seeing scars now and not veins of poison. "Rose I meant like hours,just so you know."
