Temperance rolled her eyes at him. "You don't understand sarcasm all that well, huh?" She teased, tilting her head at the little snake as he advanced on her. She nodded at Zephyr's assurance, reaching out to stroke her fingertip down his head and the length of his body. "He's a good boy, isn't he?" She suggested, gently stroking the snakes head. She scoffed at him. "Zeph, with that mindset, it's no wonder people would judge us. If they do, who cares? There's plenty of good people out there. And there are plenty of people with nasty opinions, too. It's part of life." She shrugged, moving to scratch under Loki's chin gently. She peeked up at Zephyr teasingly for his last comment. "What? Jealous that someone doesn't find me repulsive? Or do you think your touring skills are just that much better?" She joked, offering him a bright smile when he agreed. "Fair enough." She nodded, grinning at the snake-boop and then at Zeph. "You think so? I like him too." Sye nodded, moving to stand and offering her hand down to him.

"And you don't understand replying with sarcasm to sarcasm all that well, huh?" Zephyr teased in the same tone, smirking slightly. "Of course he is. He's my favorite snake, like, ever. He's the reason I got claimed by Hades as his son." He answered cheerily, propping his arm on his knee to watch the interaction. "I can't help it! I never CARE I just don't LIKE it." He huffed. That was a total lie. His self confidence was below zero. It had broken through rock bottom because people always judged him. Just another way he was weaker than Tempe. At her next words he let out a small scoff and looked away. "I TOLD YOU, I NEVER said you looked repulsive! And I apologized for making you think that even if it wasn't my fault! What else do you want me to do? Oh wow, you're the most amazing beautiful person in the entire universe you should be on a throne of wonder and majesty blah blah blah." He gushed sarcastically with a snort. "And my tour skills are 100 times better. I've been here almost five years longer than he has." Zephyr sniffed, then watched the snake dissappear with a smile. "Definitely. He didn't like most other people in the camp when I tried to socialize him- that went horribly- but he always does adorable little things to the people he likes." He answered, eyeing her hand for a moment before taking it to pull himself up. If he hadn't she probably would've been offended and started off about him ALMOST BARELY calling her repulsive which he ACTUALLY DIDNT do sooo. The latter was better. After he was up he let go and brushed himself off, starting back to the camp.

Temperanc huffed quietly at him for the comment, brightening as conversation went back to Loki. "Aww. I'd love to know that story." She teased, rolling her eyes at him for his next comment. "Suuuuuure." She mocked, giggling at him. "Are you sure? Because actions speak louder than words, and your actions say that I am repulsive." She joked, setting her hand over her heart in mock endearment. "Awwww, you really think so? Zeph, why didn't you say that sooner?" She teased, smiling. "And? Maybe he still knows it better. I smell a different reason." She chuckled. She watched the little snake as he slithered off, cracking a grin. "Hey, he sounds just like you!" She teased, helping him to his feet and walking at his side.

Zephyr snorted. "It's way too mushy. The shortened version- I found a snake someone had hurt, saved it, Tadaaaa I've been claimed by the god of death." He answered drily, then Rolled his eyes. "HOW ARE MY ACTIONS SAYING THAT." He groaned. "What am I even supposed to do at this point." Sarcasm covered his voice, then he narrowed his eyes slightly. "You're hurting me." He snorted instead of answering, because again he couldn't lie and although that was a dramatic add to what he actually thought, the idea was underneath. "There's no different reason." Zeph answered haughtily. "I've memorized every inch of these woods and this camp." He added with a huff before glaring at her. "NO HE DOES NOT. I WOULD NEVER DO ADORABLE THINGS TO THE PEOPLE I LIKE AND I DO NOT LIKE ANYONE SO THEORY GOODBYE." He huffed heavily, even though it was a tease, because INSULTING.

"Awww, Mr. Heartless DOES have a heart! Shocker." Temperance teased, snickering at his distress. "Yeah. I mean, you have to figure that out for yourself. If I tell you, it loses its meaning." She teased, smiling at him. "Mmmmhm. Sounds like false confidence." She joked, grinning slightly at his outrage. "Sure you would! You carried me out of Tartarus while I had an injury. That's adorable. And you let me hold your hand. Also adorable. And you don't even like me that much, so I can't even imagine what adorable things you would do for someone you do like." She giggled, leading the way out of the woods.

"I am not heartle- this isn't the point." Zephyr huffed, then groaned. "No it doesn't! It won't lose any meaning! Gosh. I bet when the volume comes out on figuring women out it's going to be 15,000 miles wide!" He rolled his eyes, then crossed his arms. "I have no such thing as false confidence-" He stopped as she went on. At each word his ears, and a bit on his pale cheeks grew the tiniest bit redder. "I did that because you have SMACKED YOUR HEAD ON THE FLOOR SO HARD YOU WERE ACTING ACTUALLY NICE and YOU STILL HAD THE CONCUSSION WHEN I DID THE SECOND THING and.." He trailed off at her last words. Grrrr he needed to keep going so she didn't read into his pause but now he couldn't think up anything! ROAR. He DID like her the SLIGHTEST bit so it didn't get better but hey, at least she didn't believe it. "You're insufferable." He finally huffed and hung slightly back before following.

"Its just one of those things you have to learn for yourself. And that, exactly, is the reason there will never be a book written on how to figure out a woman." Temperance joked, chuckling at his pause. "Ooooo, is it me or do you seem just a little flustered? You don't like being adorable and sweet?" She teased softly, turning to walk backwards and observe the flush on his cheeks. "Just like you. We're the perfect pair of friends." She teased, tapping her pointer finger to the tip of his nose. "And, also, you're blushing." She chuckled, turning back around and leading the way toward a smaller group of demigods, including Luke, around a campfire. It was just before sunset, so she didn't find it all that strange. She slid into a spot between look and an Aphrodite girl, making space for Zephyr beside her and offering Luke an easy smile. "Hey. Just wondering if I could cash in that rain check now that I've brought the prodigal child back." She joked.

Zephyr huffed a little, though he looked amused about the second part of that sentence. Imagine the poor person writing that book. It would take a thousand lifetimes. Or more. At her words he glared at her, his steely eyes not conveying anything. Thankfully. "No of course I don't! Stop ruining my brain." He groaned slightly, shaking his head harshly as if to get rid of everything he just heard. "Arghhhh stawwwwp. You're hurting me." He covered his ears for a moment before glowering. "I am not blushing." He growled, a look of concentration flitting over his face as he sucked in a deep breath. The red tint disappeared. Just in time for them to come upon the other demigods. He mentally gathered himself and glanced around before sitting down in the empty space beside Tempe, slightly tense and silent as he looked around again. "Prodigal ch- ohhh nevermind. You'll never stop." Zeph rolled his eyes slightly. - (I'm so excited for the other rp! Some more drama lol- I'm such a drama Junkie XDD)

"I dunno, I think I'm making your brain better by the minute. Who knows, maybe by the end of tonight you'll be talking to a girl you weren't forced into close quarters with." Tempe teased, but it struck a new feeling in the back of her brain. Something a little like jealousy. She brushed it off and snickered at his next words, raising her hands in mock innocence. "Alright, I'll lay off." She grinned, giving him a sarcastic hum of false agreeance at his comment on the blush. "Nope! And I'm not the one who went storming into the woods." She joked, turning her smile to Luke. Luke seemed pleased by the fact that she had come back, shooting her a laid back smile. "Awesome. I'd say nothing super interesting will happen until sunset, unless you wanted to go for that tour. But I'm sure Zephyr would be bored to death by that." He shrugged, nodding at Zephyr in greeting. "Until then, make friends and be merry. I've got some great plans for later." He said simply.

"Hahaha! Hilarious! I'm laughing so hard! Do you even know me? I can't change enough I'd even think about talking to another girl without a good reason." He scoffed, the sarcastic tone thick in his voice. He rolled his eyes a little at her words after that before making himself comfortable where he was sitting. When Luke started speaking Zephyr glanced over, the same deep feeling he felt before, the reason he went *storming off into the woods* coming back when Luke offered, again, to show Tempe around- alone. He hunched his shoulders slightly and looked away, trying to get the feeling to go away. Jealousy. It was by far his most hated emotion. Zeph ran a hand through his hair, a bit anxiously. Great plans. He wondered what THOSE were. He wasn't sure he could sit here too much longer without openly muttering something unhelpful. However much it pained him to admit, he didn't want to ruin Tempe's time because he was being a jerk.
