Caleb's doctor stood there. "I need to discuss thing with your grandparents before I can let you see him." The doctor explained. From what the doctors could tell he couldn't remember people. But he'd mentioned mr and mrs hart what was a good thing. He'd also mentioned his dad so he remembered the trauma.

Taylor Browns - Taylor bit her lip and nodded, fidgeting with her hands nervously. Soon, Grammy and Grandpa came speed walking up, unable to run due to their aged joints. Taylor watched as the doctor walked them a few paces away and spoke in hushed tones. Taylor grew impatient and nervous. She needed to see her one and only love.

"mr and mrs hart we have good and bad news" the doctor said. "caleb has woken up, ... but he is unable to remember people. the only people he remembers is his dad and you two" caleb was sitting in his rooms countless doctors asking questions.

Taylor Browns - Taylors grandparents thought about this, concerned. This wasn't gonna be good for Taylor. The grandparents finished up talking to the doctor and went back over to her. Taylor followed eagerly as the doctor led them into the elevator to take it up to Calebs room. As they were in the elevator, grammy turned to Taylor "Taylor, you know he's been sick for a long time. His memory still hasn't fully come back, so he may not remember you." she said softly. Taylors face fell. Caleb might not remember her? "...oh" was all Taylor could respond with. The group exited the elevator all together, and Nick, Eloise and Taylor stayed outside while the grandparents went in to see Caleb. Taylor had easily accepted staying outside for a moment, as it was probably better if Caleb saw people he definitely knew before anyone else. So Taylor sat outside his door, with her knees tucked to her chest. What if he didn't remember her? Could she handle that?

Taylor Browns - Grammy sat down on the edge of Calebs bed, and Grandpa sat down in a chair nearby. "You broke some ribs and had some internal bleeding. You had surgery, and now you're all better, but you've been asleep for a long while." Grammy explained without to much detail or scary words, such as 'coma' so Caleb didn't freak out. "Caleb, whats the last thing you remember?" Grammy asked after a little bit of silence to let what she had said sink in.

Taylor Browns - Grammy nodded and signaled for Taylor to come in. "Do you remember anything about Taylor?" she asked as Taylor walked up to Caleb, stopping about 3 feet away from his bed. "Hi, Caleb" she said quietly smiling at him softly, truly hopping he remembered. It was taking all of Taylors self control to not rush up to him and wrap her arms around his neck and pepper his face with kisses, but if he didn't remember, that wouldn't end well and she'd get her heart broken. Well, if she didn't do that and he still didn't remember her it would break her heart too, but she was thinking optimistically. ( Question 4 u, does Caleb remember his feelings for her, or does he forget everything abt her? )

Taylor Browns - Taylors stomach dropped. He didn't remember her. She forced a fake smile onto her face, but her eyes welled up with tears. "Um, I don't feel to great Grammy, I'm gonna go get some fresh air." she mumured to her grandmother before turning on her heel and walking out of the room. Once she was outside his room, her tears spilled over as she sobbed violently. She started running. She felt sick. The walls felt too close. Nick got up to run after her, but Eloise stopped him. "She needs some time alone." she said and Nick sat back down. Taylor ran all the way to the exit, bursting out of the doors and outside. She cried. She cried more than she had in the past month. She felt like vomiting. Eventually she came to the conclusion that she had to get away from this place. Taylor pulled out her phone and called Dylan. He picked up on the second ring. "Hello?" he answered. "Dylan, I need you to come pick me up." she said through her sobs. "Taylor? Are you okay? Where are you? What happened?" Dylan asked frantically. "I'm at the hospital. I need you to come get me." she said and just kept crying.
"On my way." Dylan responded and hung up. He arrived at the hospital less than 10 minutes later. Taylor climbed into his truck before he got the chance to get out. Dylan parked, and went to shut off the engine, but Taylor protested. "Bring me home... please.." she murmured and Dylan started the truck again, but pulled her close, into a hug and let her cry into his shoulder. Dylan might have done some really wrong things, but he was still a good friend. When they got back to the ranch, she had stopped crying, for the most part. She felt as if she had cried every last drop of water away. "What happened, Tay?" Dylan asked softly. "He-he doesn't remember me..." she murmured. "Oh, Tay, I'm so sorry..." Dylan murmured back. Eloise had been in contact with Dylan from the first day Taylor went into the hospital, until just a few hours ago, so he knew everything. Dylan may love her, but there was another thing about liking people. You just want them to be happy. And if you're not the person that makes them happy, you just have to live with it. Dylan let her slow cry for a bit more before coming up with an idea. "Hey, what if we took a bunch of pictures of the things he doesn't remember anymore. Maybe that could trigger his memory to come back." Dylan suggested. And he was right. Sometimes, doing something or seeing something after you've forgotten about it will bring back the memory. Maybe they could do that for Caleb. Taylor perked right up. "Dylan, you're a genius." she said seriously with a small smile.
