"FUCKING CRAMP THAT DOES'NT WANT TO STOP." He says,smacking his leg once it did stop. "Imma go stretch this real quick." Caden announces,pulling off his shirt and pulling on a pair of shoes before heading out and starting a run. |

"Okay,six miles Caden,six miles." And with that,he took off,running up hills,running down hills,running on rock,and then turning around and doing it all over again. |

Rose couldn't get the nightmare out of her head as she sat there with her leg bouncing in stress |

Caden was panting,quite literally dripping in sweat when he got home.He walked in,walked into the kitchen which is tile,and just laid down on it. |

Caden sat up,then stood.Getting a cup of water.He went and sat next to Rose,noticing her stress. "You alright?" He asks between breaths,sipping the water. |
