(sorry it's so short) --- "Who is that suposed to be?" She tilted her head. it looked like a little girl, and was surprisingly detailed.

(it's alright! ) He sort of hummed in response to her question, sort of just finishing up some of the smaller details. "ny younger sister," he noted fondly.

She sucked in a slight breath. "you have a younger sister?" she asked, her eyes watching his expression. He knew pretty much everything about her... yet she was still learning new, improtant things about him.

Sage sort of chuckled and nodded, then wrinkled his nose with a shrug. "Had," he corrected softly. "She's buried with my mom back in Croatia," he added. He didn't mean for the conversation to get all depressing or anything...but that's simply what had happened. He still missed them, a lot, but it had been long enough it wasn't like it was fresh or anything.

Florida nodded slowly. "Oh... That's sad..." She gently laid a hand on his shoulder. "I don't know what it's like to lose a sibling..." she paused for a second, tilting her head a little. "Well I guess I technically do... but I never got to know her. Or him. The baby was stillborn... tore my mother apart..." SHe shook her head at the memory. "But we live and learn. Note to self: don't go deep sea fishingduring a storm when I'm 8 months pregnant" She gave a soft giggle at her joke, hoping it would cheer him up a little.

Sage sort of hummed softly with a nod and say back with a sigh. "I don't know if ones any better than the other," he mused after a moment, absentmindedly twirling the pan around his fingers. "it was a few years ago now....it's not as bad as it was." He chuckled slightly at her comment, nodding along. "Wise words," he teased her lightly.

She watched his fingers as he spun the pen around. She giggled and looked away, a slight flush to her cheeks. She studied the blanket for a second before looking up at him, her eyes taking in his features. She had to admit, he wasn't half bad. Better than that even... Her mind still spun when she thought of the kiss. Why had he felt the need to kiss her? She didn't mind it too much now, it was just very sudden at the time

Sage had sort of zoned out after a moment, the small movement of his fingers as he spun the pen and absentminded action. After a moment, he sort of moved to look over at Florida, only to find her watching him, cheeks pink. Of course, that only caused a bright red flush to appear on his own face, as his mind started spinning again. He couldn't look away though, for whatever reason.

Florida bit her lip when he blushed, looking away to hide her own blush. She tucked her hair behind her ear and picked at a seam in the blanket. She swallowed and looked back up at him, moving ever so slightly closer than before.

Sage only felt his own blush deepen when she hid her gaze, then looked back up at him and scooted closer. What was she doing? His lips sort of formed the question, but he was honestly too confused to actually say anything. Surely she didn't like him back? That wasn't how things worked....he was a werewolf. People hated him. She was only friendly because he was all she had....right?
