Sage rolled his eyes slightly and pecked her lips again before chuckling. "Fine, let's bathe then," he mused. "I'm sure we'll still be able to cuddle, only then we won't be quite so gross," he noted with a somewhat amused voice. "Once we get back you can actually get in my lap instead of clinging to my neck," he added, teasing her a bit.

"Are you calling me gross?" T said, her tone mocking offense as she wiggled out of his arms. She snickered at his next words, tipping her head back and scrubbing gently at her scalp with her nails. "What makes you think I wanna get in your lap?" She teased.

Sage snorted lightly in response to her comment and shook his head. "I'm calling me gross," he chuckled. He sort of moved to get his hair wet again and run his fingers through it before grinning over at her. "Because you've been finding any and all excuse to climber all over me for the past two days," he teased lightly.

"Only because you looked pitiful when I wasn't." T defended herself teasingly, flushing slightly and offering him a grin. "It's not like you don't enjoy it, either." She commented after, swimming to the bank to grab a small container of simple soap from her bag. She gestured him over so she could pour a little bit in his palm.

Sage chuckled slightly in response to her comment, throwing the girl an amused look. "Pitiful," he asked with a sort of laugh, rather amused at their conversation. "Well if I looked as pitiful as you said I did, I sure hope I like it," he joked lightly, swimming over to take the soap she offered him before moving back into the slightly deeper water to wash again.

"Pitiful." T nodded teasingly, pouring a bit of soap in her own palm and portioning it out around her body as she sat on the bank and scrubbed at her skin. "Don't act like you don't love it." She snickered, sliding back into the water to wash the soap off her body and out of her hair. She dipped under the water for a few moments, then came back up and lounged in the warm water. "Can I shave your stubble?" She asked nonchalantly, drifting lightly around the water.

Sage sort of just chuckled inr esponse to her comments, finding the whole conversation rather amusing. "Well, at least it gets me cuddles," he mused, dunking himself to wash the soap off before popping his head back up and wiping the water out of his eyes. He sort of glanced over at her when she spoke up again, and shrugged in repsonse. "Sure, if you can find a razor," he mused. He wasn't a fan of the whole facial hair thing...probably because his dad had had a beard...but also, it just wasn't comfortable. But, if he didn't have a razor, there was only so much he could do to keep it off.

T grinned at his answer, swimming lightly toward the bank. "I have a knife, and I shave my legs pretty well with blades. You still okay with that, or?" She started lightly, turning to rest her back against the rocks and watch him in curiousity. Edited at March 24, 2024 12:12 PM by Widow Valley Farms

Sage grunted and nodded with a shrug. "I've used my dagger in the past, but it's a little big and I can't see myself very well," he noted with amusement. "You'll do better than I will," he chuckled. He honestly didn't care that she'd be that close to him with a knife....he trusted her, for whatever reason. Besides, being clean shaven did feel much better than a being all scraggly, so he was rather glad she'd offered.

T smiled at his answer, reaching behind her to dig out a dagger and then soap. "Well, mirrors are kind of important when shaving your face. I care about you too much to cut you by accident, though." She said lightly, settling in on her rock and beckoning him closer. "C'mere." She chimed happily, holding her arms out for him.
