Sage grinned over at Adrien, pecking his chin happily. When he heard the knock, he glanced over at the door, wrinkling his nose slightly before putting a finger to his lips, as if saying to stay quiet, and winked at Adrien.

Adrien stayed quiet and sat in silence still. But the person kept knocking. Eventually, Adrien sighed and got up, taking Sage with him and setting him on the counter for a moment as he walked to the door. When he opened it, he realized he made the mistake of not trying to smell hidden scents. And there Alexander was standing. Adrien glared at him and was going to speak before Alexander moved toward him. Adrien quickly snapped his fingers, making sure they couldn't touch Sage. But he couldn't put up a protection, or act quick enough for himself as a band was clamped over his mouth and two white bands over his arms. "Adrien Nobeloworth III, you are under arrest by the king of Angels." He said, smirking smugly. Adrien glared at him, but was yanked back into a white portal before he could get away, and, low and behold, shoved in front of a throne, with a man sitting on it. His father. He hoped Sage was okay. Considering he did put a protection over the demon, he shouldn't have been found. But, well he couldn't say the same for himself. (Drama :) ) Edited at May 20, 2024 10:34 PM by Oakwood Barn

Sage groaned when whoever was a the door kept knocking, and Adrien had to go set him down. He certainly wasn't expecting Adrien to be yanked off to heaven though, so he sat there stunned for a moment before fury got in the way of him just standing there, and he paced back and forth across the kitchen, trying to figure out how to get up to heaven so he could get Adrien back. (Loll)

(I have written this- FIVE TIMES OML THIS IS HORRIBLE) -X- Adrien fell to the ground in front of his stupid father on his stupid throne. His father raised an eyebrow. "Hello, son." He said, with a smug smirk. Adrien glared at him, the band around his mouth constricted speech. He rolled his eyes as his father flicked his finger. Alexander moved forward and took off the band as Adrien looked up. "Hello, old man." He said in annoyance. His father's smirk dropped and he scowled at Adrien. There were murmurs around the throne room that someone dared disrespect the king. Adrien didn't care. "Take him to the cells. I don't want to deal with a disgrace now." Adrien was going to protest but Alexander slapped the band over his mouth again and pulled him up. Adrien blinked. The cells...? He was shoved through another white portal and landed on his knees. The portal closed behind him and he looked up and around. White. A white void... great. He crawled to where he had a feeling the corner was and sat, pulling his knees to his chest. He tried wrapping his wings around himself, only to find out they were bound together. He glared at the ground, He hated it here.

(ugh, I HATE when that happens :/ ) Sage stormed around, trying to find out a way to get to heaven and find Arien. The angels who took him hand't seemed to see him, which was odd, because he was right there in front of them. And they'd never miss the opportunity to capture him. The best he could figure was that somehow, he'd been hidden from them. Either way, once he rummaged around in hell for a while, he found some old books that he definitely was not supposed to have, but he took them back to Adrien's house anyway, and flicked through them impatiently. After a couple of hours, he found what he needed, and was able to create a portal that would lead him to heavan. He winced once he got there....everything was too white. Too bright. It hurt his lungs, and he seemed to whither in the cold of the air around him. He moved more sluggishly than normal despite the extra clothes he'd worn in preparation...he didn't do well in cold, at all. But So far, no one noticed him, so he worked on wandering around, trying to find where Adrien was.

Adrien sat in bored, suffocating silence. Ugh. He hated it here. So. Damned. Much! He glared at the floor again as he tried to wrap his wings around himself again. Another futile attempt. Soon enough someone came in with Alexander and- welp. This would be great... About an hour later Adrien was lying on the ground, still in the room, back in silence. Alexander had left by now, but not without giving Adrien a... gift. Which meant beating. This was mostly the main reason he hated this room. He had bruises covering his body, mostly his torso, and his wings were covered in new scars... the usual beautiful white feathers were soaked in red. He shivered slightly and sat up, wincing as one of his bruises was touched to the wall. This is great. He thought, rubbing his eyes in fatigue. Ugh, he just wanted to go back to cuddling with Sage. Was that so hard? Apparently. He looked up tiredly as Alexander came back in, he couldn't see what he was holding, but he looked evil. Literally. Oh goodie! He had been tortured for more time! It hadn't taken long... but fuck... it hurt like hell. Adrien was shaking from the pain, curled up near a wall, one of his wings had been cut off... it would grow back, but still! That hurt. A lot. He took a shaky breath as pain blinded his vision, he made no move to sit up. He was so cold... his other wing, that hadn't been cut off, was splashed in red, his blood. While the place the other had been, was covered in the copper smelling liquid, still his blood. But, it had seeped down his back as well. So his back was covered in his blood as well. He was having the time of his life if you couldn't tell. He just wanted Sage... not here... never here. But back on Earth... back in bed... back where it was warm...

Sage crept along the palace, careful not to make a sound and careful to stay in shadows. there weren't really any shadows in heaven, he was finding...but no one could see him, apparently, or his footprints. He was masking his scent, so he wasn't sure if they could smell him or not, but he honestly wasn't willing to take that chance. He wanted to just get in and out. With Adrien. No doubt he wasn't having the best time dealing with the angels up here. No matter how hard he looked though, he just couldn't figure out where he was. He wasn't in any of the dungeons, and no one was talking about him. He finally just settled in a corner of the throne room impatiently, hoping Adrien's fatehr would mention where he was at. When he noticed a portal open, he peered at it curiously. Was that where they were keeping Adrien? It could be. He crept closer, determined to find his lover and get him back where it was safe.

Adrien looked up, his eyes cold and his gaze sharp as he saw Alexander stride through a portal again. He walked over and tilted Adriens head up with his spear. "I would cut off your other wing, but why take them both when I could take one and soak the other in blood. Hm, brother?" Adrien growled and glared at him as the spear was dropped to his arm and dragged across it. Adrien cursed and his head dropped down in pain. "You are no brother to me..." He growled out, with the little energy he had. Alexander scoffed. "How rude." He said with a smug smirk. He kneed Adrien in the jaw and Adrien fell to the side, holding his jaw tentatively, glaring up at Alexander. Alexander laughed and soon left, Adrien looked down at the ground, relocationing his jaw. Since Alexander had broken it. He yelped in pain as he did so, Shit that hurt. He thought, not even attempting to move. The sweats he was wearing from earlier was still on, his tail was chipped as well as his horns, one of his wings had been cut off, thr blood was drying by now... slowly... and he had small curs and bruises littered throughout. He hated this stupid place...
