Blinding pain arose in his side,his hand instintivly clutching the area where the bullet had gone into his side,it coming back red.He gasped quietly,starting to struggle for breath. "I...I'll give you the....the money just...not her...." Caden trailed off,going still,slumped against the counter.

Rose looked around the bed for a moment before climbing silently out and peeking around the door's frame. She silently took aim to one of the men and fired before darting back around the corner

Caden's eyes snapped open as the gun went off,mind getting flooded with memories.He stood and got the nearest man into a chokehold,slamming him into the wall and jabbing his elbow into the man's throat. "I was simply trying to have a good night,and now this." Caden muttered,dodging a punch before getting tackled to the ground by atleast six men.

"Fuck" Rose muttered, not being able to take a shot without risk of hitting Caden

"Fuck you all! If you fatass's would get up off me,I'd get the money." He scowled,eventually bringing himself to stand. "Oh also,it'd be great if ya'll didn't break my window,that happened last time.Anyways." Caden mumbled,grabbing another duffle bag and tossing it at them. "There.That atleast has 100k in it."

Rose listened carefully and waited around the corner still

The leader looked up,grabbing the bag and counting it. "Yeah,nah.D1 take hime D2 don't leave this place until you find her.Now scram!" Caden was taken aback,turning and starting to head off before being tackled again and crying out as a arm was whammed into his back.

The D2 group split up,searching every crevice before finding Rose.

Rose heard him and her panic spiked before she brought it under control. She turned, her eyes spanning around the room and looking for another magazine since hers had 13 rounds left. She cussed under her breath as she heard the men hurrying up the stairs and turned to face the door just as they ame through it

The men charged in with rifles at the ready,out numbering her six to one. "Yeah princess,we ain't scared." A man said gruffly,them all moving forward to try and grab her.

Caden was still pinned on the floor,the blood from his side coming out like a fountain.His eyes threatedned to shut,but he didn't let them.Too scared they'd never open again.
