Aria grinned and looked up at Sage. "Caroline..." Aria thought for a moment. "Caroline Kate- What is your last name?" The girl asked Sage with a tilted head. "Oh! And by the way..." She smiled holding up her hand with the ring on it. "I found it." She giggled. "It's beautiful."

Sage chuckled and shook his head when the girl realized she didn't know his last name. "I can't believe I never told you," he chuckled. "Acker," he hummed. "Caroline Kate Acker." He grinned when she showed him the ring. "Good."

Aria smiled and nodded. "Sage Acker." She hummed, pressing a soft kiss to the tip of his nose. The girl looked down at Caroline and smiled. "When can we go back to our room?" She asked.

Sage chuckled slightly and gave the girl a wide smile before shrugging. "The doctor said everything went fine, so whenever you're feeling up to it was fine," he hummed lightly.

"Okay. Let's go!" Aria said happily. She tried to stand but everything still hurt. "Ow." The girl mumbled quietly sitting back down. She took a few deep breaths before standing back up and forcing herself to push through the pain. "Can you take Caroline please?" She asked Sage.

Sage frowned slightly when she winced, and reached forward to help her before nodding and taking hold of the baby. "I got her," he hummed, holding her in one hand and supporting aria with the other.

Aria grabbed onto Sage's arm gently and slowly walked down the hall with him. "Thank you." She said, feeling really dizzy. "I need to sit down..." She trailed off, finding their room and sitting down on the bed. Aria gave Sage a small smiled before falling down against the bed. "I love you, and Caroline." She said quietly, but happily.

Sage nodded. He helped her back to the room, helping her walk and then setting her down on the bed and making sure she was alright. "I love you too," he hummed lightly. He flopped down next to her and sighed happily and then fell asleep.

Aria smiled when Sage fell asleep. She watched Caroline for a while before the little girl fell asleep herself. Aria sighed and wrapped her arms around the boy's shoulders. She was really sore and tired, so sure enough, Aria fell asleep too.

Sage slept deeply for a while, though he woke up soon enough and slipped out from the girl holding onto him and went back to his desk. He still had important papers to take care of, that had been delayed a day. He had more papers too, now, but they had to get done. So, he settled down with a sigh.
