That made Caden smile, even if it was small, it was progress. "I love you more then words can explain," He started, voice still quiet. "I love how you always listen, always are there, I love you for everything you do, every flaw, I just love everything about you."

Rose smiled softly at him, pressing a kiss to his head. "Want to sleep?"

"Yeah," He said simply, shifting to lay down. Once Rose had laid down as well he wrapped his arms tightly around her, pressing against her before attempting to drift off.

Caden was still in a nightmare, his father had just walked in, and Caden was being dragged out by his men. His fingers dug into the wood floor, clawing, desperate to escape, as Rose stayed asleep. Caden was terrifyed, yelling at them to let him go, let him live a life. His father stopped the men, walking to Caden with a knife. Just as he was bout to let it drop, Caden awoke, choking for air. He was sweating, heart beating eratically, cheast heaving as he stumbled for the balcony, shutting the door behind him before sinking to the floor of the wall beside it. He tucked his knees to his chest, arms wrapped around his shins as if that would do anything.

Caden looked up at her, jaw clenched so hard he thought he would shatter his teeth. He saw a flash of movement and his hand flew to where his gun would be, staring off into the distance. "Always dissapears the second I look," He muttered to himself, leaning into Rose's arms.
