"Because I didn't want to run so far with your dead weight on my shoulders." Tyler replied truthfully, his gaze meandering around the cave. Though that definitely did not mean he was distracted... he was always focused. "Because if I didn't listen to him just the tiniest bit he would have all the other werewolves hint me down and try to kill me. Now they are all idiots, so they wouldn't succeed, but it's tiring running forever. And yes, he is a softy." Tyler snorted, running a hand through his thick pitch black hair. At her last comment Tyler raised an eyebrow, considering what she said. "Well we would have to move, and I'm not sure if I would be able to trust someone as smart as you. Maybe you are just saying this to get free, like most people? I can only assume the worst since I'm a cautious person." Tyler said slowly, really thinking aloud. He wasn't an idiot, though there was a strong urge just to leave her awake so she could walk on her own Andi he didn't have to carry her. Tyler absolutely hated touching anyone else in any way shape or form.

Annika looks down and sighed before saying " I been in a kidnapping before my sister died to save me but my parents blame me for her death " as she looks down and she felt tears coming and she through ' no no don't cry it not the time to cry ' before looking around and said " I learn to listen even if there is not a gun behind my head or someone threatening me to do something they would like " as the memory pained her really bad but she hold strong that why Tyler doesn't think she is a cry baby like she thinks of herself

Tyler stayed silent and listened to what the girl said, glancing around again. He felt a stab of sympathy at his heart, though he didn't let it dig too deep. Tyler would look into that story, though. And possibly do what he could to help, like maybe letting the girl go somewhere along the line. "Well I'm not very into threatening people." Tyler said quietly, failing to think of anything helpful to say. Mostly because of his personality, but half because HE was the kidnapper this time. "I'm very sorry for your sisters loss, even though that sounds pitiful coming from me at this point. It is hard to lose a loved one, and I will do the best I can with the wiggle room I have to ensure that doesn't happen here." Tyler finished, looking a Little's thoughtful. Yes that sounded terrible coming from him, he knew.

Annika said " you don't need to care I know you probably don't have much how that and I don't need your protection " as she looks at her and lays her back against the wall she wasn't looking for small talk and she didn't much care for him be sorry she didn't need it before she said " sorry doesn't bring her back so I don't know why you would care " as she looks away before saying " let's talk about something else like why do you need me " as she was now curious about why he need her and he didn't want the alpha to have me

"If you don't want me to care I won't, and I'm obviously not protecting you very well if that's what I was doing. Getting kidnapped doesn't sound very good." Tyler snorted, trying to decide when to leave. The girl... Annika was already deciding she was very unhappy, so he'd best leave soon. "Since you've made it very clear you don't want sympathy, I won't give it." Tyler stated with a slight raise of his hands, walking with longer strides over to the entrance where he peered out, his broad shoulders outlined in shadows. At her question he tipped his head a moment, thinking. -Why do I need her?- Tyler thought, then winced at how weird that sounded. "My Alpha wants you pretty badly, probably to ask some questions and hold you ransom. Yadayada weird things that don't make any sense. Anyway, I would give you to him in exchange that he never sends his wolves to hunt me and never asks me for another thing again. I'm not a messenger pigeon, I'm mostly human." Tyler paused for a moment. "Then they can continue to wage their stupid war without me, you will probably get out and go back to your father to fight or whatever, and I can live in peace." He finished. He knew it sounded stupid, but his Alpha was stupider. That's all that's mattered.

Annika sighed and looks down and through ' so I am only here to help him to keep them hunting him and being in the war that... really nice ' she felt sad a bit but why he just a werewolf of thinks the alpha won't ask him to do more like help them fight the battle Annika sighed and said " you know that alpha might not let you go or keep your deal since werewolves are liers who can't keep promises " as she growls and then looks at the wall as she got up and moves to a corner far away from him and lays down beside the wall and pulled out the necklace on her neck and opens the locker and stares at her sister she sighed before looking away. Annika said " but then again your right I would probably get out and he probably would just call you again to kidnap me so why thing you over with something your not " as she looks at him knowing he would answer with Annika smirks before looking away

At the girls words Tyler stiffened slightly, though he tried not to show it. "Because I will chop his head off if he does." Tyler said simply, his voice low and dangerous. A slight hint of anger had crept in as he stared out at the forest, though his senses were alive and ready for the vampire to come barreling at him to attack. At her second comment Tyler turned and looked back at her. "I wouldn't go through this again. Let's go." He jerked his head, gesturing out of the cave. Hopefully Annika was stupid enough to think he was being careless, so he at least had the benefit of doubt. Tyler was not going to address the mental problems of werewolves with a vampire, or otherwise he would start spewing out insults. Not the best tactic.

Annika sighed and got up before walks over and smirking before walks out and mumbles " I can't get out of this if I want before he takes me to the alpha " as she smiles as she through before she shakes her head and walks to a tree and said " where are we going " before placing a hand on the tree and sighed she really didn't have a clue why the alpha would want her Annika ask " so what does this guy want I have nothing much to offer you know that right " as she looks back at him

-I don't think she understands the Alpha thinks I'm just his slave- Tyler thought wearily, glancing at the girl before continuing to walk into the forest. He made sure to stay near enough he could grab her if she tried to run, though. "We are going to a more secure place." Tyler responded unhelpfully, his dark gaze flitting around as he stalked through the brush. At her last question Tyler stopped and looked at Annika. "Listen here, I have absolutely no idea why the alpha wants you. Nor do I care. From what I can tell you are smart enough to escape from him and his goons, literally goons... so I don't care what he wants nor what you have to offer." Tyler explained, turning back to start walking again.

Annika scoffs before saying " I know what you are if you don't like him so well but you have to listen to him your a slave ain't you " as she looks at the sky before saying " I can help you get out of the place you are in but you have to let me go for that " as she looks at him her eyes sparkle red a bit
