Kennedy followed closely beside Caden not wanting to get lost or turned around in this busy court house. When they reached a office she stepped in and stayed quite as Caden and Kenny spoke. She waited patiently just waiting for the judge to approve the warrant but when he mentioned Cadens mother being killed it peaked her interest. Kennedy felt sad for Caden, she somewhat knew what it was like to have one of her 'parents' killed and it really hurts but having to relive it through another case must be even worse

Caden sighed and looks away before kenny said " ill send it over when i am done " Caden nods and walks out this time he was to upset to even talk anymore who ever says that about his mother the one person who took care of me and then find out she was gone from you life he better watch his back next time as Caden made his way to the front then said " sorry kennedy you might have want to ask some question back there" as he was being a bump about his mother case and with her even knowing about it

Kennedy smiled a goodbye to Kenny before walking out with Caden, she noticed he looked upset about the whole conversation so she decided to just not say anything about it. "No it's fine, I didn't have any" She said with a shake of her head. After a breif moment of silence she heaved a deep sigh "I'm sorry to hear about your mother... That must have been terrible" Kennedy said quietly knowing Caden probably didn't want to talk about it but she couldn't help but feel bad for him

Caden looks at her before turning and said " i was young so i didn't know what was happening until i endded in to a home that i never realized i was a trouble child until 18 " before he shut down and said " let just get back to the police station " as he walks to the car and got it before starting the car and got ready for driving back it took 25 minutes to get back to the police station which was nice as Caden backs out and drives away he didn't say anything to kennedy

Kennedy listened to Caden as he spoke and once again decided not to comment at least not at the moment. She nodded her head "Yeah let's get back" Kennedy said quietly while walkign with him out to the car. When she got in she remained silent until Caden started to drive away "I can relate to that except I didn't really lose my parents... I've hopped from foster home to foster home before and it's rough but at least you didn't let any of it effect you" Kennedy said while keeping her gaze out the window. She wasn't really looking for any sympathy but she just wanted him to know she understood how he felt

Caden said " wow i am sorry about that i can't understand why parents would do that to their kids " before he looks at the road and sighed he was sad that his mother was brought up again but he trusted her Caden pullied into the police station and parks then got out and headed to the front of the car and said "i think ill let you get a fresh eyes on my mother case it always help if you don't mind " as he looks at her why did he trust her more then any other cop he was friends with

Kennedy shrugged her shoulders "No need to feel bad, if it weren't for my parents stupid drug addiction I wouldn't have be where I am today" She stated simply to Caden. Kennedy usually cared about having to bring up her past but now it was apart of her and it was true. If it weren't for her parents she wouldn't have been a troubled kid and she wouldn't have met the detective that changed her life. She sighed slightly as they pulled into the police station, she hopped out and met Caden in front of the car. Kennedys eyes widened a bit at what Caden told her "You sure? I mean I'd love to help but do you really want my help because you literally just met me not even 5 hours ago" She said not regecting what he said but jsut wanted to make sure he was okay with it

Caden said " i feel like i can trust you more then other cops and i would do the same not trust them as much " before sighing and said " and i would like to see if the case we are working now it the same as my mother case " as he really didn't want to compare them both but he needed to know his mother was a person men hire for their fun and then she always came home late without saying good night to Caden but he really didn't mind caden walks to the station and opens the door for her and smiles

Kennedy nodded "I will take note to not trust any of them..." She said then listened to Caden speak again "Maybe but let's not jump to conclusion yet" Kennedy stated while walking up tucking the, case they were working on, file underneath her arm. She followed Caden up to the door expecting to walk in behind him which to her suprise he held the door open with a smile. This was the first time she saw him smile and he had a very nice one "Thanks" Kennedy said smiling back at him before walking in and went straight to his desk. She picked up his mothers case file and sat on his table "So tell me what you know so far about her case" She said while flipping through the file

Caden nods and walks in before saying " you welcome" before following her and heard what she said and said " well my mom was for hire so anyone could have her for fun you know what I mean she was place in a dumpster like the woman but that wasn't the place she was murder at it was at a hotel but the room cleaners had clean the room already before even thinking about calling police " as he sighed then said " that mostly all I know but she was killed by choking rape and two gun shots to her chest a very bad way to die"
