"Water? Food? Anything at all?" Caden asks, holding her sligtly tighter.

Rose shook her head weakly again, pulling her head away as her headache worsened

"Yeah you do, i'm not just gonna let you suffer." He says, heading downstairs. Caden came back up with two painkillers and some water, offering them both to her. "Here, take the pills and drink some of the water."

Rose did as he said and turned away from him as she lay down again

Caden simply remain where he was, watching her with a worried expression. "Trust me, they'll help. And if they don't, then.... i'll find something." He says, voice quiet as he stood to go tend to Murphy who was barking downstairs. The man walked downstairs and quieted the great dane, wlaking back up to the bedroom with him following. Murphy popped up on the bed and lay next to Rose, licking her face once as Caden sat on the other side of her.

Rose pushed the dog's head away but curled into a ball after

Caden shooed Murphy out, watching as she curled up. He let out a sigh, not because he was mad but because she was sick, and it was awful to see her like this. Caden kinda sat there, keeping his hands off her since she'd flenched when he'd put a hand on her arm, so he thought she'd think his hands were cold anywhere on her.

Rose stayed in a ball, her pain not lifting even with the painkillers she'd taken

Caden didn't try to talk to her either, just hoped to comfort her simply by his presence but if that failed, what else could he do? The sun started seting and it was eventually time for bed, Caden only leaving to shower and eat some dinner before coming back up. "Let's get some rest, might help you." The man explained softly, already slipping beneath the covers.
