He just chuckled, making a workout in his mind. |

Rose made an easier workout than usual in her head as she headed to a bench and put in her earbuds |

He decided to work on arms and maybe a bit of lifting, doing a quick warm up before shaking his head at what he used to lift of 350# to 200#. |

Rose took her time, her head gradually becoming more and more foggy until she gave up after nearly blacking out. She sighed and went to find Caden, sitting on the floor nearby with her head between her knees |

Caden had to stop himself from overworking his body, standing and guzzling some water before realizing he got up on a uneven number. "Always have to end on a even," He mumbled, going for one mroe round before having to stop. |
