Sage nodded happily when she mentioned doing it tomorrow, grinning over at her happily, clearly just exited to finally be married to the girl. Now they just and to wait until she could get pregnant.

Sage nodded happily when Bethany agreed on the date and time, and couldn't help but peck Celeste on the cheek happily. He was going to say something, but Liz had decided it was the perfect time to try and yank his hair out of his head so he busied himself trying to untangle his hair from her grubby baby hands. Which normally was quite a workout in and of itself. Edited at November 2, 2024 10:27 PM by NightClan

Sage sort of called a distracted thank you to Bethany as he worked at getting his hair back from his dsughter. He shook his head with a groan in response to Celeste's comment though, chuckling slightly as he got himself untangled from Liz and moved her so she couldn't grab him again. "She'll grab it whether it neat or not," he huffed fondly. "Besides, you're the reason it's messy anyway," he added, really just teasing her.

Sage chuckled softly, but groaned when Liz started to cry, letting Celeste take her and give her something to play with. He hummed in agreement and nodded in response to her comment, making his way down to the car and pulling the keys out of his pocket, starting the car up and all while Celeste settled Liz in her car seat. They were back home soon enough, and he flopped onto the couch with a content sigh, rather happy with how things had gone that day.

Sage sort of just lay there for a while, though when Celeste came over and flopped on top of him, he chuckled softly and shifted so he could wrap his arms around her and cuddle in a bit. At her comment, he sort of hummed in though, trying to figure out how to word it all. "Amy only wanted one. And she wanted it to be a girl," he hummed after a moment. "We had a son....at some point she left with the kids to go shopping, or so she said. She came back with only Lizzie. I went back and followed the trail that night while she was asleep. Ended at a river, but I never did find a body," he murmured. "I can guess at what happened but I don't really know," he added quietly.
