Luna wasn't really sure of what to think but the mare knew one thing, she wasn't gonna listen to Hunter even if he is the new lead stallion of this herd. The mare started to walk off, leaving the safety of the herd for a while to just be away from the company of others so she'll be alone with her thoughts.

Hunter walked back to the plains after clearing his head taking quick glances of the areas around him his ears perked up and alerted once he reached the plains he glanced at his herd he saw some foals running around he had to admit it made him feel a bit better he thought about when he was a colt and his old herd he grumbled to himself and walked to the top of a hill and began to scan the area

Once Luna was far enough away from the herd, she looked back to make sure that she wasn't followed before looking away, letting out a sigh. She'd paw at the ground a bit with her front right off then she carefully started to go down, tucking her front legs carefully under her first before tucking her back legs underneath her then the young mare started to roll as her coat started to get dirty in the process of her roll.

Hunter carefully walked down off the hill swishing his tail and started to walk out of the plains too the river and began to lay on his side gazing at the blue sky his icy blue eyes slowly heavying he shook his head standing up and walked to the forest his ears perked swishing his tail as the flies flew around him he heard a faint growl he stopped in his tracks pinning his ears slightly stomping his hoof scanning the trees and bushes as he continued his walk back to the herd he heard a twig snap he snapped his head around looking for the sorce of the sound " whoever you are come out i am not afraid to fight you and chase you out" Hunter said demandingly pinning his ears pawing at the ground.

Luna got herself back up on her hooves then shook herself, messing up her mane a bit but the young mare didn't really care. She looked back to where the herd is as the mare noticed two foals running over to her, turning herself around to face them before meeting half way. "Why are you out here by yourself?" A young Filly innocently asked the mare, she softly smiled at the little one before gently nuzzling the Filly. " I'm just making sure that no danger is coming is all." She softly replied before following the two foals back to the herd when they were satisfied with her answer.

Hunter didn't hear anything after yelling at the forest she grumbled and walked back to the plains as he stepped out of the forest he saw Luna coming back he felt a bit better seeing her again but couldn't help but still feel a bit guilty after what she was exposed to he thought about talking to her but shook it off and just walked toward his herd as he looked at the sky he admired the sight of the sunseting sky he made a plan to leave the plains to patrol after the mares and foals were asleep as he waited he started to graze taking some quick glances at the mares as he did.

Luna gently nudged both of the foals to go back to their respective mothers which was one of the herd mares. The mare couldn't help but feel eyes on her which caused her to look Hunter's way, she soon looked away from the stallion with bit of an ear pin before walking off to graze somewhere else in the herd to hopefully stay out of his line of sight, still not accepting him as the new lead stallion even though she's just a Herd Mare. It bugged her a bit that the herd has already accepted him as the new lead since the old lead is dead.

He glanced around the herd of mares one more time and walked off rotating his ears as he walked a bit farther he began to trot toward the mountains glancing around soon hearing a howl he perked his ears looking around him pawing at the ground and swishing his tail he hoped the wolf wasn't to close by his herd or himself he quickly turned around and made his way back to the plains now cantering still looking around him hastly

Luna would look around with her ears perked forward, her nostrils flared a bit with her tail raised a bit in a alert stature when the mare heard a wolf's howl. Causing the mare to get either nervous or anxious as she walks around the herd to make sure that everything is fine, Luna didn't feel how to relax to go to sleep at all.

Once Hunter made it to the herd he saw Luna walking around in curiosity he decided to talk to her just this once "um hey why are you still awake" he said trying to sound professinal he lightly pawed at the ground trying not to look her in the eye
