Qibli slowly let Sahara walk through the forest, the calm silence settling over him nicely. He blew out a breath of contentment and leaned down to pat the mare's neck, his mind occasionally flitting to Amy.

As they slowly ambled along Qibli's mind wandered to Amy more and more. He sighed heavily and finally stopped resisting it, even though he wanted to. She was beautiful, and kind, and would neeeever want to be near anyone like him.

Qibli was lost in thought by this point, and Sahara had gone straight to the creek and stopped. She lowered her nose into the water and drank.

Qibli was a bit startled as he heard a voice. He lifted his head and glanced at, surprisingly, Amy. "Oh.. hi. What are you doing out here?" He asked curiously, wondering how to react. Why WAS she out here? A ride most likely.

Qibli was a bit shocked at her words, so it took him a couple moments to verify what he said was correct and answer. "Wait- don't leave. I'd like that. Even though we just met." He added a bit hesitantly- he was the king of being hesitant, quiet, or withdrawn in general, but that would get better.
