Cougar - "I don't really care what we do either..." He said with a frown. "That means one of us is going to have to choose what we do..." He paused, and decided to listen more ideas. "We could, once again, explore, swim, chase seagulls, talk with the seabirds, collect shells, roll, dig holes, anything really."

Marble - Marble thought for a moment. "Wanna start with a swim?" she asked. "Then we can see if we want to do something else later," she suggested.

Cougar - "Sure!" He said, trotting down the sand towards the shore. He waded in up to his knees, before nickering back to her. He smiled, and waded deeper, lukewarm waves wetting his chest and the base of his neck as he got deeper. He continued wading, and soon found it was getting shallower. He found a sand bar in the middle of the waves, and stood there, water hardly up to his knees. It looked odd, seeing him standing up in the middle of the water.

Marble - Marble followed, smiling, wading into the water. She looked up and him quite confused as he stood so shallow in the water so far out from shore. Surely he shouldn't be able to touch there. Marble waded as far as she could before she had to swim to get to where Cougar was, where she was able to stand again. "Wha...How?" she asked, as she didn't know what a sandbar was. ( Ik what it is, Marble doesn't )

Cougar - Cougar smiled and chuckled. "There's a build up of sand here, so the water is shallower! There's probably more areas like this around. They serve as a good spot to rest and take a break from swimming." He looked around. "Want to swim deeper?"

Marble - Marble looked around. "Hm... that's weird..." she mused, still a little confused. "Sure!" she said brightly, pushing her confused thoughts away.

Cougar - Cougar surged forward, splashing water as he plunged into the waves. He swam along, stretching his neck and legs in the water. He didn't go too deep, but went far enough that he couldn't touch. He waited for Marble if he was ahead of her, and continuously asked her if they were too far and needed to go back. He was enjoying himself, but also wanted to make sure Marble was comfortable.

Marble - Marble followed Cougar happily, swimming around with ease. However, after a bit she did start to tire out, her breathing becoming a bit heavy as she continued to swim, keeping her head above water. "Can we go back to the sandbar? I'm getting a little tired." she panted.

|
Cougar - He slowed, making his way towards her. "Of course." He said sweetly, trying to figure out where the sandbar had been. The shore seemed dauntingly far away, and he was unsure of what the sandbar was. He started to lead the way towards what he thought was shallower waters, hoping he found a sandbar before they had to swim all the way to shore.

Marble - Marble followed him, panting for air, her muscles sore and achy from swimming so much, but she pushed on despite the pain.
