Sage sort of wrinkled his nose with a chuckle. "Maybe," he noted, taking a deep breath before shifting to try and sit up. He managed, though it pulled a hiss of pain from his lips. Oh well ..he'd live. They did need to find somewhere cooler.

Flo's hands quickly flew to his shoulders to help steady him. "Sage are you sure you're alright?" She asked, her eyes filled with concern. "Don't push yourself too hard" She warned, gently rubbing his back

Sage sighed and shook his head. "No, but we'll overheat in here so we'd better find something else," he noted, offering her a small smile. "Don't worry...I'll manage well enough."

Florida watched him for a moment before she got off of the bed, holding her bad foot off of the ground. She hopped a few times to steady herself then turned back to Sage. "You alright? Need help?" She held out a hand

Sage managed to get himself up, body screaming at him. He steadied himself on the edge of the bed, giving her a quick smile. "I'm alright. I'll just have to take it slow," he murmured. "You can hop ahead of you want...see if you can find somewhere."

Flo watched him for a second before she relaxed. "Alright" She hopped to the door then looked down the halls. A line of sweat formed at her hairline and she wiped it off with her wrist. "Gosh it's hot" She breathed. She moved to a different room but she couldn't even breathe when she stuck her head in. "We have to get out of the building" She panted, as she hopped back to Sage. "I can barely breathe"

Sage moved to nod when she agreed to go ahead, limping out after her. When she came back saying it was all too hot, he sort of sighed and nodded. "I guess we can see if it's any cooler outside," he noted, moving to make his way to the doors.

Flo hesitated before following him. "I don't have a good history with the great outdoors" She chuckled softly as she hopped along, stopping every few steps to catch her breathe.

Sage chuckled softly and shrugged. "I know enough about surviving in a war zone...but if it is cooler out here we should gather supplies and such. Blankets, food that wont spoil, that sort of thing," he noted.

|
"I'll go then. It'll be faster" She turned and speed-hopped down the hall. Grabbing two thick blankets. She rummaged through their food that they had picked before Sage had morphed, throwing some canned baked beans and other foods into the middle of the blanket. She grabbed the corners and held it over her shoulder as she hopped to the kitchen. She threw more beans and even found a small pot and a spoon. She threw all the stuff- an extra change of clothes for the both of them, and some pain relievers she found- into the blanket then hopped back to Sage, putting some slight weight on her foot. She winced as she hobbled along, giving up and hopping back the rest of the way
