"Oh he did? Good, hopefully he's glad I got out of there. We both had made plans to flee, then he got moved to a more important job so... it was somewhat like he had the whole weight of the kingdom on his shoulders. But, still not sure if I could even write to them at this point, one person who knows my handwriting or one dog trained to find me and it's over." She mused softly, glancing back up at Sage with a soft expression. |

Sage grunted with a nod. "I'm not sure about Dorian....but Nate knows," he reassured her. "I'm sure he's fine." Though, when she mentioned her handwriting he nodded with a sigh. "I could write it? Tell me what to write and I'll note it down. They won't recognize my handwriting," he suggested. |

She nodded at his reassurment, keeping a close eye as Varys tolerated Liz. "Oh no, you don't have to do that much, Sage. I'm sure it'll be alright," Elara informed, thought his offer was nice. |

Sage grunted and nodded, figuring she'd say that. "Well if you change your mind let me know," he mused, moving to throw the now bloody rags in a basket so he could wash them off down at the river. After a moment of thought, he grabbed dirty clothes too....doing laundry made sense if he was washing the rags anyway. |

Elara watched as Sage did so, continuing to scrub at the stains on the floor until they eventually came out. The woman moved on to sharpening knives and arrows, tidying everything until it looked... somewhat organized. She still watched cautiously of Varys, still unsure if he would snap again or not. She grabbed a broom in the corner, starting to sweep all the dirt and such out of the house. |

Sage had moved down to the river to wash everything up, letting out a sigh as he kneeled down at the edge of the water, washing the clothes with a plant that did pretty much the same thing as soap. He was just finishing up when he heard something moving through the trees...something bigger than a normal animal. Not quite bear big or anything, but his first instinct was to think Amy had come back, since she was still out there angry. He grabbed the basket and ran, panic cloaking his mind. It was a decent ways away from the cabin, since they got drinking water out of a closer river but hadn't wanted to mix the two, and he was panting by the time he slipped back into the building. He set the basket down and mvoed about hanging the clothes up to dry on things, trying to focus on something other than his shaky hands or heavy breaths as he tried to calm himself down. |

The woman had been putting away everything when he burst through the door panting, scaring the daylights out of her. She figured he had just ran, continuing on until she noticed how shaky his hands were. "You alright?" Elara asked concerningly,worried. |

Sage glanced over at her and sighed with a nod. "I heard something down there and automatically figured it was any hunting me down," he noted with an embarrassed grin, face flushing. "Looking back it was probably just a deer or something but..." He story of trailed off with a shrug, rather annoyed at himself for freaking out about it. |

Elara just nodded, noting the flush in his cheeks and deciding to not ask or provoke more. She shooed Varys out for a while, as the last time she had cooked he had stolen a large chunk of meat from the counter. |

Sage was thankful when the girl didn't press it at all, and just focused his mind on working to keep both the fear and the embarrassment from taking over his head instead of the work. |
