"I go 'missing' more often than they'd like. And they will ask you," she chuckled as they wadded into the water. A few good steps in and she was up to her chest in the water, the temperature nice and cool against the heat of the day. The water would get deeper as they neared the waterfall, but the current would ease up.

Caleb didn't let go of her hand, making sure she was alright while she kept walking. "I'll deny anything" He vowed, smiling at her softly with care written all over his features

"You're too kind. Thank you," she told him, squeezing his hand lightly as she kept walking. She kept a hold of him until she couldn't reach the bottom anymore. "Here we go," she said softly, releasing his hand before starting to swim forward.

Caleb chuckled and let go, still watching her carefully as though she might need him at any given moment. He swam, following her under the flow of the waterfall

Josephine seemed to handle her own well, holding her breath briefly as she swam beneath the waterfall. She resurfaced, pushing her wet hair from her face before looking back to make sure that Caleb was right behind her.

Caleb resurfaced and beamed at her, wiping off his face with one hand. "This is your little hideout?" He teased lightly, smiling at her

Josephine giggled, pulling herself up onto edge of the cave and out of the water. "It is. It's nothing special, but it's mine," she grinned, offering a hand out to him.

He took her hand as he got out of the water. "It's nice" He murmured. "Thanks for showing it to me" He said softly, grinning at her

Josephine smiled and nodded, "You're welcome. The last time anyone else had been out here was..." She trailed off for a moment, looking down before continuing. "Was four years ago. My sister and I found this place and would come here any chance we got. I haven't brought anyone else since she passed."

Caleb's smile dropped. "I'm sorry" He said softly, looking at her gently
