Dakota felt her consciousness slipping as she saw Nate. "Nate...." She breathed faintly. She closed her eyes, scared and in pain. She heard his pleas but couldn't answer as the pain didn't let up and she blacked out again. She couldn't think. There was a black wall stopping her from waking and she felt alone, though she still felt Nate holding her. The medics showed up then, grabbing Dakota as she cried out in pain. They placed her on the bed and loaded her into the ambulance, ushering Nate with her
