Malakai Negri - Malakai smiled lightly, pressing their foreheads together. "I missed you more," he murmured lovingly, pecking her lips.

Camery Valatieri - Camery smiled softly to him, her lips tingling from his gentle touch to her lips. It was so... soft. God, she loved him more than she could ever admit. It was hard, trying to put things back together now. She didn't know what exactly had gone wrong, or what had triggered his episode... but she wanted him to talk to her. If things were getting too much for him, he needed to tell her before something like this happened. She rested her forehead against his for a moment, though eventually closed her eyes. "Malakai," she whispered softly. "I almost lost you," she murmured, closing her eyes. "You should have told me about you BPD," she told him gently. "We could have helped," she added. She pecked his lips again, giving a small hum as she did so. This whole thing between them was stupid... but she didn't want to leave him like this again. Not anymore. "And Kai? If we're going to do this, no more Orianna, ok? I don't..." she trailed off slightly. Of course they could be friends, but she didn't want to constantly worry about loosing him to her. Hell, that had nearly just happened. If he hadn't had an episode, the two of them would probably be curled up in his bed right then.

Malakai Negri - Kai sighed and slouched down, pressing his forehead to her chest. "I'm sorry... I should've told you... but, I've never told anyone before. My mother doesn't even know..." he sighed. He nodded. What he and Orianna had was never love. But, he didn't argue with her on this one, not after what had just happened. "Okay, no more Orianna," She didn't even need to finish her sentence. Whatever it took to keep them together.

Camery Valatieri - Camerg sat gently, running her fingers through his hair, then gently wrapped her self around his head when he went to bury his face into her chest. "No, no, don't worry," she whispered softly. She knew now... that was all that really mattered. She could help, now that she knew. "Kai, I saw what you were dreaming about... it's... I'm so sorry," she whispered to him. When he agreed no more Orianna, she smiled softly to him. She knew they weren't in love... but she was still the first person he'd ran to when they'd fallen out. Or, rather, he made her go get the woman. She hummed softly after a moment, and pressed a gentle kiss to the top of his head. "Is it bad that I'm a bit jealous of her?" She asked with a soft chuckle.

Malakai Negri - Kai sighed. He didn't want to go back to those awful memories or twisted dreams. "Its okay... its in the past,"
He just held onto her and chuckled softly. "A little," he teased lightly. He had never loved Orianna. The only reason he turned to her to quickly is that he needed a distraction and she knew how to distract him really well.

Camery Valatieri - Cam watched him for a moment, and gave him a soft nod whe he said it was all in th past. She gave him a little squeeze, and leaned in to press a soft kiss to his lips. She knew it was in the past... but she could still be sorry it happened. She didn't want him to ever go through something like that again. She wanted to protect him. When he agreed that it was a little bad that she was jealous of her, she gave a small chuckle. She was just a little upset that he'd gone to get her so quickly. If felt like, at the time, he'd moved on quickly, too. That wasn't the case, and she knew that, though. She furrowed her brows after a moment, thinking about his dreams, worry coursing through her. "Malakai?" She asked softly. "Can I see you back?" She asked quietly. She'd watched him - or rather, their child be beaten. They were all real things that happened, things his father had done to him in cold blood.

Malakai Negri - Kai hesitated at her question. It was an odd request, really, and he wasn't 100% sure why she wanted to see his back again. But he couldn't deny her anything so he nodded and yanked his shirt off over his head. He shifted on the bed, so that she could see his back. "Why'd you wanna see my back?" he asked curiously.

Camery Valatieri - She watched him pull his shirt off, his body covered in those black tattoos that she'd grown to love. They weren't a symbol danger, not any more... now, they were s symbol of love, something she hoped she had enough of for Kai. Her eyes grazed over his back for a moment, and gave a gentle sigh, those scars were still there. The ones his father had given him all those years ago. She could imagine him as a child, actually. He would have been so bright and bubbly, such a happy prince. His father had ruined that for him. She sighed gently and leaned in to kiss the top of his back, carefully avoiding his wings. At his question she hummed gently. "I just wanted to see how they healed," she murmured softly, resting her forehead on his back. "I'm so sorry you went through it," she murmured quietly, Edited at January 24, 2025 03:09 AM by Belle

Malakai Negri - Kai smiled softly. He found her hand behind his back and held it as she spoke. The scars on his back would forever be ingrained into his skin. The healing process was slow as his fathers whip was made out of dried english ivy, the one poison that worked on the Night Kingdom peoples. "Its okay... " he murmured, squeezing her hand. The two of them just sat there for a while in a peaceful silence before Kai spoke up again. "Remember that first night we got together? We fought just before that ball... and you were so drunk, but you came up to me and touched my back and we hooked up... that next morning, were I woke up holding you?" he described, letting his mind replay the events. "That was the happiest day of my life..." he smiled over his shoulder at her.

Camery Valatieri - Camery wrapped an arm lightly around him when he held her hand, and gave him a gentle squeeze. She had missed him. Really missed him. She had thought she'd really lost him, twice, now. But he was here. She was holding him, so tight. She sighed softly when he said it was alright. It wasn't alright. It was really not alright. She hummed and pressed her lips to his shoulder softly. It was quiet for a while, but it wasn't uncomfortable. It was warm, safe. She looked up at him, a small chuckle escaping her. She couldn't remember what they were arguing about. "We argue too much," she whispered gently to him. At his last comment, she smiled, looking up at him and leaning in to kiss his lips lightly. "It was a good day," she murmured. She looked thoughtful for a moment, then ran her hand gently through the midde of his wings, almost in a playful way before stopping. And letting out a soft breath. "I think today is one of the best days I had," she whispered softly to him. "You woke up today," she added.
