Caden said " thank you for join me " as he got his plate and started eating then saying " you can go anywhere around the house but one place you can't go " as he looks at her and begins eating his beta came in and said " sir we spotted some of the guy pack near our land they haven't enter but they look like they are going to enter " Caden nods and said " okay thank you beta keep me updated " beta nods and walks away caden looks away and sighed he wasn't going to know what he would do if they started attacking right now but the guy doesn't have a nerve to attack

Valerie silently nodded, when what she could only describe as a waitress approached with a plate and set it down, she started eating just after thanking the woman, yet her attention on the woman was dragged over to a familiar face, she didn't say anything...but she was sure she had seen that man somewhere. I wonder who's trespassing...maybe there here for me! Maybe I can get out of here. She wondered, the thought of escaping still ran on in her head...she hadn't yet figured out a distraction but she was preparing herself.

Caden eats a little more before a guard runs in and said " sir the pack is under attack " caden growls and got up before walking out of the room with the guard and out of the house he was tired of them trying to kill them all but it was distraction for their alpha to get inside as Caden and his pack fights off the guys the alpha walks in and smiles as he walks over to the dinning room and behind her and said " look what I got here " as he smiles before he places his hand over her money and pulls her up and drags her towards the door but Caden stops him and said " let her go "

Valerie stopped eating when the guard rushed in, The pack-? She watched as they left. They were gone for a bit now, and she was getting anxious, Valerie was unsupervised so she could escape...but from where, and how? her eyes widened when she heard a voice. I remember that voice... it's the guy from the restaurant! the one who tried to take me. Suddenly she was pulled out of her chair and being dragged...she couldn't speak- yell, or anything...once again, she was frozen in fear, she didn't fight back...yet. Right when the man had dragged her to the door Caden showed up. Help... she wanted to say, yet she was restrained from speaking.

The guy said " no and how did you know " Caden said " I wouldn't have send a few people to distract us " the guy laughs and said " a pretty girl her to bad she hasn't be had or mated to be a fact " caden said " I won't say again let her go " the guy smells her neck and said " she mine I had my eye on her " Caden steps forward and growls before he shifted and the guy said " two can play at that game " as he pushed the girl and shifted in to a bit bigger size brown wolf and growls they begin to circle before the alpha attack Caden trying to pinned but Caden was bite him before Caden missteps and fell

Valerie was still in such a state of shock, she listened quietly to what they were saying, clearly confused. Valerie attempted to pull away from him...which was pretty useless. She gasped when she felt a hard force push her, which broke her free from the man's grip yet sent her to the ground. Quickly scooting backward to unengaged herself in the fight that was going on before her eyes, she felt helpless...could she in some way help Caden? She watched as Caden fell. I'm sorry. she thought, maybe if Nike hadn't saved her that day Caden could have avoided this...yet she'd be trapped with the man who originally tried to take her.

Caden looks at her and growls the said " Valerie run go now " as he looks at her with eye that filled with pain the guy grabs him by the neck and holds him down and said " any last words " Caden said " go... you waste my time " as he trys to push him off but it was true he was too strong for him and there was nothing he could do even if he could get his beta to help but he is trying to stop the other wolves Cadentry one more time to left himself but the guy grabs deep into Cade neck and throws him on to a wall

Valerie stayed there for a moment, watching in horror. Just before nodding to Caden, since she really couldn't think straight under all this pressure...Valerie ran into the room she was previously in, barricaded the door, and grabbed the sharpest object in the room, then sat down in the area of the room that blocked the view of her. The horrible sounds of battle sounded from outside of the window, She heard a loud noise, Please let someone come and help him...She thought, what if that man did manage to take her? She would be forced to spend her life wherever he lived...it would be horrible. Valerie sighed, the only thing she could do now is wait.

Caden trys to fight him until his beta show and the guys runs off and Caden said " thanks beta " he nods and caden when where Valerie ran and knocks on the door saying " Valerie is okay you can come out now "as he leans against the wall in pain from being held down and he had claw mark all over which was painful to bear but he was strong to hold it together he wanted to know if she was okay at all he didn't want to frighten her more but this was unexpected beta left them alone for now hoping that Valerie would come out and talk to him

She stood there for a while, listening...then it all went quiet for a minute. She heard the voice of Caden from the other side of the door, Valerie crept closer to the door and moved the objects she had used to barricade the door to the side. Valerie slowly opened the door, relieved to see Caden. She reached Caden and stared at him for a moment...Valerie then came closer to him and hugged him, clearly not noticing his wounds. She had no idea what to say to him, so this was her first instinct, she still stayed quiet, everything had happened very quickly...and now she just hoped the man wouldn't come back.
