He chuckled slightly when she released him slightly, letting her play with his head, eventually just tilting his head up slightly so he could peer up at her, eyes glittering. "If I don't love you, we'd have a problem," he noted with amusement, reaching up to press a quick kiss to her lips before flopping back down happily. He didn't have to be dramatic about confessing his love for her, or the kids....he'd almost died a couple times trying to protect them. And he didn't have any regrets about it. But he was certainly glad to be here with them still.

The girl smiled lightly at his comment, looking down at him with a bright eyes and a happy, flushed cheeks. "We would for sure," she mused lightly to him. "If you didn't love me then I'm afraid you're a bit stuck. You can't escape from me and the kids," she chuckled lightly before shaking her head. "Well, maybe me, but there's no way you'd be able to outrun Silas... the kids faster than he looks, and I'm gonna blame you for that one," she chuckled softly to him before rolling her eyes and resting her head on the pillow gently.

He chuckled lightly and nodded one esposne to her comments. "I'm not so sure I could outrun him either," he admitted with a chuckle. "He definitely has more energy than I do," he mused, in a rather fond manner of course. He'd grown so much, and he'd really only gotten more and more energy as he went. He snorted lightly at her comment about blaming him for the boys energy, admittedly rather amused at it all. "You can have plenty of energy yourself," he teased her lightly. She could certainly bustle about of she got excited about something or wanted to get something done. Then he gave her a rather devilidh looking grin. "Though, you can't tell me you don't find my energy sexy," he teased her lightly.

Mari shook her head at him after a little bit. "He's gonna be an athlete with our super buzzy sporty genes," she teased to him with a small chuckle. He wouldn't, but it was interesting to thinking that he'd do something like that. "I'm not going to deny that I do get quite excitable. Like when we go into town," she breathed happily before giving him a smile. "I like that. I like going to see things," she hummed softly to him. "I liked the beach on our honeymoon too," she hummed happily to him. She pouted at him after a moment, at his next comment, though. "I think you're something to behold when you're excited about things," she hummed to him happily.

Sage chuckled lightly and nodded. The boy wouldn't be very big....neither he or Mari were exceptionally bulky. He was tall though, so Silas may have gotten the height. For now, though, he was still young, so he had plenty more to grow in the future. He chuckled lightly at her comments after that and nodded, grinning when she mentioned the honeymoon. "Maybe we could go somewhere like that for an anniversary sometime," he hummed in thought. "you're cute when you get excited," he added with a sort of giggle, reaching out for another kiss and widening his grin slightly at her comment about him. "so I'm not something to behold all the time," he gasped in mock offense. 'fine, no more cuddles for you," he huffed, pulling away slightly

Mari gave him a happy smile at his comment before shaking her head. "I'd love that! Somewhere warm for a while..." she trailed off with a small hum. "Where there's lots of woodlands too," she chirped to him. Really, anywhere would be nice, just a few days alone where they could enjoy each other's company would be amazing. She then gave a pleased grin to him. "I'm glad you think I'm cute. That makes my love as a wonderful caring wife a bit easier, I suppose," she mused to him gently. "Means I'm nice to look at too," she chuckled softly to him. She then shook her head at him with a taken aback look. "Not when you're all sad and brooding!" She huffed at him. She then gasped when he pulled away from her. "Well, fine. Whatever. I just suppose I'll have to take someone else on our anniversary trip," she huffed to him.

Sage hummed in agreement to her comments about wanting to go somewhere warm and full of nature. He nodded with a chuckle at her comment about being cute, and hummed as if in thought. "only sometimes," he teased her lightly. He snorted slightly at her comments about him brooding, halfheartedly muttering "I don't brood," though he figured that was sort of exactly what he often did. Though, had had to admit, he had quite the resting bitch face as well. He gasped when she said she'd take someone else, then snickered. "who? Anthony? I doubt you get too many cuddles from him," he chuckled. Anthony was more quiet, and while he'd hug family here and there he wasn't really a cuddle type of person. "Silas would run you dry, then you'd come back looking like a shriveled up broomstick, and then what would I do," he added, sort of just settling back into her after a moment.

Mari smiled softly to the boy after a moment or two, then gave him a shocked expression. "So not all the time?! Maybe you should get a new wife then," she hufffed jokingly to the boy. It was amusing to her... but she could just tease. "You do... you're always brooding," she mused to him lightly, and moved to press a light kiss to his nose. It was a little bit amusing, or she thought so. "I'd find someone who wants to come on holiday. Someone will want to come an cuddle with me in exchange for my food, maybe not my brothers though," she chuckled lightly to the boy before shaking her head at him. She then wrinkled her nose at him. "Then you'd still love me as much as you do now. You look like a broomstick and I still love you more than anything in the earth," she snorted to him happily.

He snorted lightly in response to her first comment, then rolled his eyes at her second. He couldn't exactly deny that though, so he settled on a happy giggle of sorts in response to her kiss. "Well, good luck with that then," he chuckled. In all reality, her food was good enough for quiet a few people to happily come with her, if she looked in the right spots, but those people would also probably be wanting more than just cuddles. IT was slightly amusing, mostly because he knew she'd never do anything of the sort. "No, I don't think bringing your brothers along would get you the result you're looking for," he admitted with a chuckle, then gasped dramatically when she stated that he looked like a broomstick now. "What," he gasped in mock shock. "You mean I'm not the most stud like guy you've ever met," he half cried, still just playing around happily.

Mari rolled her eyes at him after a moment or two before glaring at him. "You don't think I could? It would be easier to find someone for me than you. At least I'm actually nice and inviting," she told him with a huff of air. She then shook her head in agreement to him with a small laugh. "Sounds about right. Though, you'd miss me so I dunno what to do..." she trailed off with a small chuckle as she went to wrap her arms gently around him. "Nope, you're a broomstick, especially right now," she teased him softly as she went to poke his side.
