"I'm not trying to be" He snorted out sounding less cold as he was finally starting to calm down, his words that he had said earlier finally starting to sink in at how terrible they were. "I agree, it will be better for the both of us." He agreed quietly while brining his gaze down to the floor as she started to pick up the clothes. He fought himself on whether he should say anything to try and fix it but figured it'd be better to do so later on. "Goodbye, Ria..." Was all he said, shooting her one last glance before walking out of the room.

"Bye, Xan..." She muttered, watching as he shut the door and sighing. She walked over to where she had Kenney's clothes laid on the bed, picking up his shirt and running her fingers over the fabric. She made an impulse decision, pulling her shirt off and throwing his on, closing her eyes for a moment. She quietly walked to her closet, opening the door and walking straight into him, settling in his arms without another word.

Kennedy waited silently in the closet, hearing every word of the argument, only got his resentment of Xander to grow stronger. As he heard the door close, he still decided to wait until Mercy came and got him, just to be safe. When the door opened, he smiled softly at her as he looked her over making sure Xander didn't lay a hand on her in a harsh way. He was surprised to see she had put his shirt on but didn't say anything about it as he welcomed her into his arms. He rubbed her back gently as the other hand went to her head, strokign her hair gently as well, not saying a word but just wanting to comfort her by his touch as he coudl tell she was upset

She tilted her head up to look at him, laying a hand on his neck and pulling him closer until they were nose to nose. "Kiss me." She demanded quietly, a slightly distressed gleam in her eyes.

He smiled down at her a little worried as he saw a distressed look in her eyes "Will that help you feel better? or do you want to talk about it?" He asked softly, not sure how to make her feel better but at least asking her had to be worth a shot

"I said kiss me, Kennedy. Since when would you question that demand?" She asked, ignoring his question and leaning closer to him with a slightly desperate expression, tracing her hand down his neck. She was trembling slightly, enough to be noticable.

"Since, you are very upset to the point your trembling right now..." He answered back softly, while leaning over a bit more and picking her up. He then carried her out of the closet and over to the bed where he sat down before settling her into his lap. He looked up at her, meeting her gaze before finally giving her a soft kiss on the lips. "Y'know, my kisses can't fix everything" He commented quietly after he pulled back and placed a hand on her cheek

"I'm fine." She huffed, wrapping her arms around him tightly as he picked her up. She settled into his lap quickly and pressed forward into his kiss, a trembling hand on either side of his face. "They can. They can if I say they can. I don't wanna talk about I just-" She shook her head, unable to finish her sentence. She leaned her head into his hand, slipping her hands down to his chest and leaning forward to give him another kiss.

He nodded his head at her response "Okay, I won't try to push it anymore" He assured her quietly, still worried though as he felt her shakey hands be placed on his face. As she repositioned her hands, he leaned forward into her kiss, kissing her slowly and passionately, wanting to let her knew he loved her deeply

She tilted her head to deepen it, pushing him back so she could lay over him. She slipped her hand up to his neck, rubbing it gently.
