Marco wrestled a halter on the gelding, coaxing him to the trailer. |

The gelding was very obedient. He was wary, but he also had no energy to fight back. He walked onto the trailer, munching on the hay. |

Marco tied his lead after loading, patting his flank and almost getting kicked before shutting the door to the trailer, walking back over to Liliana. "Got him tied and papers signed, you?" |

"Got a good portion of these horses. I did get all the foals/pregnant mares, and you got the only gelding. I have all the papers, all the space for letting them be normal horses, while letting them get vet tested for sicknesses, so they don't transfer them to the other horses." She responded. |

He nodded, smiling softly. "Good, means we can give 'em all a second chance." |
| |

"Yep. Maybe therapy horses in the future, maybe they'll become champions in their own rights." She stated. |

"Maybe," Marco mused in agreement, glancing towards the truck. "Well, we ready?" |

"Yep." She responded, after double checking the 40+ horses in the trailer. |
| |

| |

"Liliana I understand it's a 40 horse trailer or whatever but they're really packed in there, why don't we take some and come back for the rest afterwards?" Marco asked, curious. |

"That's what I planned on doing." She stated. "I got others here, and I told the police, since kill pens are illegal in this state, I woould be coming back within the hour to collect the rest of the horses I bought." |
