Mari sort of pouted at him. "Y'know, I just might. My art isn't all that bad," she teased him lightly. "Plus, that gives you loads more time with the children," she mused to him. She sort of watched him huff and walk down stairs before giving a bit of a squeak when a glass came at her. She grinned at him, though. "Yeah, yeah, be as sure as you like, it doesn't make it true," she teased him lightly before giving him a bit of a shrug. She let him pour her a glass either way, though. She briefly wondered what she was doing drinking so early in the morning, but didn't think like that for too long before shrugging it off and having a sip anyway.

Sage snorted lightly at her and hummed lightly. "I dunno....can you keep up the standards," he asked with a laugh. "I can't say that's a bad thing," he admitted. "I might go insane without some quiet here and there though," he added lightly. He poured his own glass soon enough, setting the bottle on the side table, sort of pulling the covers up over his legs again and pressing up against her happily. Maybe it was rather dumb to be doing this the moment theyd woken up ...but whatever. When would they get to do this any other time?

The girl hummed thoughtfully before shrugging. "Probably... I'm sure all my art would be to die for." She teased him. Though, she supposed her art wasn't particularly amazing... and she didn't seem to care all too much, if she was being completely honest. She then pouted at him. "Though, I'm not super sure if you'd be able to keep the standards up with the children. Only only reason they have manners is because I do," she mused. "And the cooking, and the cleaning, and shopping..." she trailed off with a little bit of a chuckle. "I don't think you'd handle it all," she mused.

Sage sort of snickered in response to her first comment, taking another drink before giving her a grin. "Good luck then," he chirped lightly. "If you can find what you need in there I will be very surprised," he mused lightly. He hummed lightly in response to her next comment and drained his cup, pouring another glass full with a huff of air. "I think I'd go insane," he chuckled lightly. "I'm not even going to argue with that one," he noted happily. it was true too...he could only do so much. He'd learned that a long time ago.

Mari smiled softly to him before cocking a brow at him. "Do I need to go and tidy up," she chuckled softly to him. After a moment or two. She grinned to him after a moment or two before shaking her head. "Babe, I nearly go insane doing it. You absolutely would," she chuckled lightly to him. "What we do works for us, though," she mused happily to him. "When I look after the kids," she started kind of asking him to refill the glass. "We actually have time to ourselves," she chuckled lightly to him after a moment or two.

Sage chuckled lightly and shook his head. "It's organized chaos," he mused happily. "I know where everything is, don't mess it up," he chuckled lightly. He chuckled again in repsonse to her next comment and hummed lightly, nodding as he refilled her glass. "I definitely would," he agreed. "It works out ok that way," he agreed with a sort of content sigh. It did work out....and it worked out rather well, in his opinion.

Mari gave a little chuckle to him before shrugging. "Well, you know, as long as you're happy," She mused mockingly before giving a small shrug. She sort of moved to down the last of her glass before popping it down on the side with a heavy sigh. She was happy with everything that they had... it worked, for the both of them, or at least she thought so. "I dunno... I kinda want to see what it's like with you insane," she purred in a teasing tone before shrugging. "As long as you're not horrible I think it would be pretty amusing, don't you?" She chuckled happily.

Sage rolled his eyes in response to her comment, chuckling when she admitted she may want to see him insane. "Maybe if you get me drunk enough you'll find out what it's like," he joked. He wasn't really going to get drunk....maybe a little tipsy, if that's what it all led to while they were screwing around...but not flat out drunk. His father was enough to dissuade him from that. He sort of hopped over her, flopping on top of her and reaching up to peck her on the lips lightly. "If you think my romantic skills are bad now, just think about drunk me romantic skills," he noted with amusement, chuckling slightly. He of course was still half going on with the fact that she'd teased him about not being able to flirt well from earlier, and he wouldn't mind if anything happened...but they were also still just screwing around a bit too.

Mari sighed softly to the boy before pouting up at him when he rolled over her. She sort cocked her head and moved to slip him a light kiss. "Hmm... I don't think there's enough drinks in the world to find that out," she teased him softly before sort of going to hand him the glass carefully, since he was pretty much ontop of her. She cringed at his next comment before giving a chuckle. "Baby boy that can't get that much worse, surely?" She teased him lightly. "Though, maybe drunken you isn't so shy... that might be interesting," she purred softly to him before going to peck his nose playfully.

Sage snorted lightly and shrugged. "you never know, I might be drunk now after just two glasses," he chuckled lightly, really just joking around since he obviously wasn't. Maybe slightly tipsy though. Sage snorted lightly at her next comment and hummed as if in thought before nodding. "I'm sure I could make it worse," he chuckled lightly, pecking her lips in response. He poured slightly after that and shrugged. "maybe. Maybe not."
