The girl gave a bit of a chuckle before shaking her head. "Oh, no she wouldn't! My mother loves you," she mused to him before cocking her head up at him. "And to be completely honest, I'm sure if the doctor wouldn't let you freeze to death," she teased him softly before giving a small sigh and kind of flopping back down on the bed. She sort of patted her feed against his stomach as she tried to entertain himself a little more. "It's so quiet," she observed with a bit of a chuckle.

Sage chuckled lightly in response to her comment. "Oh, I know," he mused. "She'd still put me to work if I lived with her. And I'd be too nice to say no to anything," he mused lightly. Then he shrugged. "He'd probably toss a blanket at me and tell me to get used to it," he admitted. "The temperatures hard to control in there." He chuckled slightly when he felt her feet move around, giving her a cheeky grin even though she probably couldn't see his face. "That's because Silas isn't here," he joked lightly. Though, it was rather true....the boy was pretty loud most of the time. "Did I not entertain you enough," he teased her lightly, still nibbling on the snacks she'd brought up happily.

Mari smiled softly to him after a little while, kind of shaking her head. "Noo, no she wouldn't," she chuckled softly. "But you're just spoilt with me. Having such was wonderful wife to do all the house chores while you do the horses," she smiled to him before sitting up a little and leaning on her forearms. "And a wife that enjoys keeping her fingers," she mused softly, knowing that the doctor would be more than prepared to be frost bitten in the castle. She sort of cocked her head at him after a moment and gave a chuckle. "Well, it's not really a bad thing. He's happier than both of us combined," she chuckled lightly to him after a moment, then sort of shook her head and pushed her heels into him playfully. "Nope, I'm still bored," she teased him lightly.

Sage sort of chuckled in response to her comments and then rolled his eyes. It was true though....she did spoil him, quite a bit really. "You make it seem like the horses isn't much work," he teased her lightly. He hummed lightly when she mentioned their son, though, and nodded. "I do hope he stays that way," he sighed happily. The boy was always so happy and peppy....and even if he lost some of the little kid excitement, he did hope he'd always be happy. He groaned when she claimed to still be bored, and set his bag of food down before sitting up and grabbing her feet, taking her across the bed and back over to him so he could lean over and press a giant raspberry to her neck. He pulled back then, giggling. "Better," he asked with a laugh.

The girl pouted at him after a moment or two before chuckling gently. "I know you work hard," she promised him with a small smile, her brows furrowing gratefully. "And we all appreciate it, so so much," she added to him softly before kind of sitting up a bit more. "That boy is just lucky we aren't going to let anything happen to him," she added gently. Hopefully, if they could keep him safe, nothing bad would ever become of him... well, that's just what she wanted. He'd stay happy for as long as they could allow it. She sort of squeaked when she felt him pull him in like that, and all she could do was laugh when he went to blow a raspberry on her, a small chorus of a giggles escaping her as she felt him pull away. She nodded, a grin across her face. "Maybe," she mused lightly.

Sage hummed lightly and nodded in agreement with her comments. "I know," he chuckled lightly. Then he grinned over at her. "That boy is going to be spoiled rotten," he noted with fond amusement. He grinned over at her when he heard her laughing, and laughed along with her for a moment before grunting in response to her comment. "Good," he mused. "Because I'm going to get dressed before I start getting cold again," he noted with amusement, moving to gather his pajamas up happily and then hopping back in bed.

Mari smiled to him with a bit of a chuckle before shaking her head. "More spoilt that either of us. Lizzie, too," she chirped happily. She did find it kind of difficult to stop her giggling for a moment, a grin still spread across her face as he sat away. She nodded and stayed were she was, kind of laying the wrong way around down on the bed, and pecked his lips as he got up. She sort of pouted at him, though. "It's boiling in this house," she mused, though didn't really care too much about it all.

Sage chuckled lightly in agreement and nodded. "they're both good kids," he mused lightly. Though, he grinned over at her when she spoke up again. "Are you just trying to keep me undressed over here," he teased her lightly, grinning over at her in response to her kiss. It was nice and warm in the house...but he also didn't want to get cold if it cooled down at all. He didn't mind not getting dressed yet, he supposed, but he could tease her about it all he pleased.

Mari nodded happily in a rather pleased manner. She was proud of how Silas was growing up. Of how both her kids were growing up. She loved her husband, her home... everything around her. She pouted at him after a moment before shaking her head. "Maybe I like the view," she mused to him. "My gorgeous husband stood ass naked in the middle of the room? Absolutely," she teased him gently before shaking her head a little bit when he came into the h bed again.

Sage snorted in amusement in response to her comment. "Well I think you're crazy," he declared with a sort of chuckle. Though, he'd flopped back onto the bed and set the clothes to the side by then, not really caring one way or the other if he got dressed or not. He pecked her on the lips though, BEOFRE flopping over half on top of her. "You've gotta keep me warm then," he whined playfully, fully intending to tease the girl at least a little bit.
