Mary stopped at the loft stairs, "And that's where Atla sleeps!" she smiled at him and turned to Atlas. Atlas smiled, she sat up and stretched her back.

Ace quickly looked away and down at the girl and smiled. "You have a wonderful house, Mary! Why don't we take a break?" He asked gently and with a very kind and sweet smile.

Mary giggled, "Okay! I'm going to go play in my room!" she ran off in the direction of her room. Atlas sighed realizing he was going to have her explain herself.

Ace smiled after and little girl and turned toward Atlas. "Wonderful place you got here! Though, honestly, I didn't believe the Buffalo story." He chuckled.

Atlas nodded and laughed, "She makes up story's for everything, I found the skull at the bottom of creek. I stepped on it's horn, quite painful." she sat up and patted the spot next to her.

Ace sat down with a small smile. "She definitely has a wonderful imagination." He chuckled. "I could see her writing stories when she grows up."

Atlas nodded, "The modern Grim Fairy Tales." she laughed, "So you're here for me to explain myself." she sighed, "Ask away."

Ace lifted his eye brows for a second but still kept his easy smile. "Is that why you where dieing to see me?" He chuckled. "Never mind, so how personal do you want me to get." He asked as his smile slightly faded. He didn't want to dig too deep.

Atlas shrugged, "I'll tell you how I joined. I was 12 at the time, my brother stayed with our dad. Mom was a wreckless alchoholic, and Mary wasn't born yet." she sighed, "I walked into an ally and wittnessed a grown man shoot a garbage bag. Red crimson blood leaked out, he turned to me. I was frozen with shock, he grabbed me and dragged me away. His grip on my wrist was tight, too tight. I couldn't get away." she rolled down her sleeve there were still marks, "My hand still is numb sometimes. He put the gun to my head and said, 'Little girl you will join my group or I will pull the trigger.' I didn't want to die, so I joined. I've been working with them, I'm forced to." She picked up her backpack and opened it the contents fell out on the table. Hollow metal tubes, with small levers, "I fill this with poison, and I put my hair up." she put her hair in a ponytail and picked up the tube, she wrapped it around. The tight bun was sleek and elegant, "I take out my hair." she pulled it out and her teal hair fell framing her face and resting against her shoulder, "Keep the men or my targets whatever you perfer, busy. I pull the lever and the poision falls into his drink. I watch them drink it and leave when the glass is empty." she sat back down putting the tube back down. Atlas sighed, "It's well pay, and I've offered to help the cops before but in the cheif's exact words, 'We would never trust a criminal!" she shook her head and ran a hand through her hair, "They have big plans, everyone in this town is going to bow at their feet, I'm going to have to-" she shuddered and gagged, "Marry the leader's son, my 'boyfriend' I hate him always will. Any questions?" she asked turning to look him in the eyes she sat up straighter faking a smile, her dull eyes said it all 'Help'.

Ace mouth went dry. "I don't really have much to say. Only that I'm with a girl that I'm force to be with." He shook his head with heaviness. "I really don't know what else to say ask but how can I help?" He said with out a smile. In his eyes though, they where either begging to help or be helped.
