-Wow, I really pissed her off- Ajax thought with a slightly wilted look, but he cleared it from his face quickly. Getting punched in the face right now didn't seem like the best idea, but then again he was full of bad ideas. He just stayed quiet and let Mercy do what she wanted to do, staying still as well. Best to not make her even more angry. Ajax glanced over at Goose, his expression falling as he realized the man had a joke inside that he REALLY wanted to get out. *Don't you dare* Ajax mouthed, but he could see the glint in Goose's eye. - Goose wanted to say something to Mercy so badly... but he knew it was a terrible idea. He would definetely get himself punched. For some reason, he was able to stop himself. - A look of relief flashed through his face as Ajax watched Goose calm down a little. -No smart ass comment thank you very much- Ajax thought. "I'm sorry I just got hurt again. I should have been more careful and less playful." Ajax finally said with a flat voice, trying very hard to not add another smart comment on. He knew he didn't cause those demons to come, but he also knew he should have just kicked their butts out without his signature teasing. His head dropped slightly as he waited, staring at the ground to *wait it out*

Mercy stayed quiet, still hovering her hand over his wound without responding for a minute or so. She pulled her hand away gently and ran a thumb over the fresh, newly healed skin beneath it. She looked up at him, fully intending to chew him out just a bit more. She softened slightly at his little sad puppy look and huffed. "Be playful all you like, but make sure you can actually back it up." She said quietly, slipping away from him and settling a little ways beside him and glancing at Goose. "Go on, spit it out. Say what you wanted to say, make your joke." She said, smiling slightly and rolling her eyes.

Ajax was not at all trying to have a *puppy look*... actually, if he knew Mercy was thinking that, he would have probably growled with anger and stomped out. His face hardened slightly as she finished, and he was ready to get up and leave. No one needed him here right now, Goose and Rooster were fine, and Mercy was rather angry. - Goose brightened up like a lamp post when Mercy told him to say what he was going to say. "I-" He stopped, a forlorn expression crossing his face. "I completely forgot what I was going to say." Goose finished with a grumpy look - Ajax looked at Goose for a moment before bursting out in laughter, shaking his head. "You're not THAT old, are you? How long have you been a demon, you shouldn't be having dimensia yet!" Ajax teased, shaking his head slightly with a snort.

She laughed at Goose, smiling and seeming much happier in general. She giggled at Ajax's comment, smiling at Goose. "He has a point, you know." She added, standing and walking farther into the cave to settle by the fire. She looked back at Rooster and Goose. "You're sure you're both fine? Because really, it isn't that big of a deal."

Goose looked at Mercy at her giggle, sighing. "It's not funny." He grumbled, but a wide grin came to his usually happy face. At her last question he looked a little sheepish, but definetely didn't have the pride that Ajax did. He didn't answer for a moment, then broke. "Well... a couple wounds. The the minor gash in my arm, small scratches along myother arm, and a couple minature wounds on my face... definetely nothing serious like Ajax's." He answered quietly. He wasn't under exaggerating, the worst thing was the gash on his arm and it really wasn't that bad. - Ajax watched Goose for a moment, chuckling slightly and shaking his head. His friend was always like that. "Mercy, if you think I'm stubborn, have fun treating Rooster if he got any wounds... which he usually doesn't." Ajax commented with a snort, looking at the red-haired man who was still smoldering. - Rooster looked up at his name, frowning. Lava had managed to sink a blade... literally through his bicep... and he had no idea how or why... buuuttt that didn't matter. "I am absolutely not hurt." He said with a short voice, though it was clear from the blood dripping in rather quick waves from his arm that he was not okay. - "I really don't know how we kept him alive this long. I believe the answer is wrestling him to the floor, knocking him out, treating his wound, and hiding when he wakes up until he calms down." Ajax commented helpfully

She nodded quietly at Goose's answer. "There you go." She nodded, walking up to him and imspecting his arms and finding the gash quickly. She held his arm out and repeated her process, holding her palm over it and letting it knit together under her touch. "Your scratches aren't anything to worry about, they're not major." She nodded, pulling her hand away. "Thank you for telling me, at least someone here can be honest about their condition." She said, glancing at Ajax over her shoulder as she said it and looking at Rooster. "Wrestling him to the floor would take an army and a half. Puppy eyes might work though, wspecially if Goose tries it." She said sarcastically, walking over to the larger man and watching the blood pour from his arm. "Come on, Rooster. I'm not gonna beg. It's two seconds and you won't be any less manly because of it. Now gimme your arm." She said sternly, holding her hand out.

Goose stayed still, nodding at her words. "Thank you ma'am." He commented cheerfully, pretending to tip an imaginary hat as he looked at Rooster with a snort. "Ajax ain't kiddin'. That man is 6'5 and he could barely get Rooster to stay still." Goose raised his blonde eyebrows, looking at Mercy. "I am amazing a puppy eyes, I hope you ain't jokin' around." Goose complained, a twinkle in his light blue eyes - Ajax watched Mercy, shaking his head slightly. "Oh yes, Goose would love to try that." He said with a grin, looking at the smaller man. Ajax crossed his arms rather gently, trying not to hit the still tender spot, and watched Mercy attemp to do something with Rooster. - Rooster listened to what they were saying, his expression stormy. "Well then don't beg." He half growled, keeping his arm back and instead standing up. "I don't care about being less manly for your information."

"Then what do you care about? Being unhealthy?" She snapped, glaring up at him. "God, why are demons so stubborn?" She asked Ajax over her shoulder, putting her hands on her hips and flicking her hair over her shoulder. "What is it? Do you not trust me? Do you like bleeding or something?" She asked, turning back to Rooster.

Goose was howling with laughter by now, and even Ajax had a grin on his face with some chuckles escaping at times. "C'mon Mercy, the Scottish were always stubborn. You just be happy Goose is from America." Ajax tried to snap his mouth shut and conceal more chuckles. He had known Rooster even before he had died.. wayyy back when he had lived in Scotland. Rooster and him were about the same age, like, 5 years old... and they were friends for about a year before Ajax moved to Texas. Rooster stayed in Scotland, so maybe his stubborness just grew. "I am really sorry Mercy, and get as angry as you want, punch him in the face, but you'll just cause more wounds to no avail." Ajax finally voiced his sympathetic worries that sounded more like stifled choking laughter. - Rooster managed to look sad and angry at the same time, and he managed it well. "I care about my friends." He answered shortly. Now that he was rather angry, his Scottish accent poured in enough to make him sound a little slurred. "Of course I trust you. I trust Ajax, he trusts you." Rooster snapped, but he did not answer the other question. Of course he didn't like bleeding, but it would stop eventually. It was only a dagger that pierced all the way through skin and muscle, how bad could it be? It missed the bone.

"Fine. Then you go ahead and suffer, you great big Scottish Mule." She huffed turnning around quickly and making sure her hair whipped him as she did so. She stormed over to sit beside Ajax again, curling up with her knees to her chest and glaring at Rooster for a moment and then looking at Ajax again. "Are all Scottish people this stubborn or just you two?"
