Josephine smiled, tilting her head back down to look at Caleb. "I'm glad to hear it. I know I've been weird and apprehensive, but I like being around you," she admitted to him, a faint shade of pink washing over her cheeks. He made her feel calm and in a way safe. She hoped to get to know him better and figure out why it was that she was so drawn towards him despite being scared of getting close.

Josephine watched Caleb, studying his face as he turned the stone over in his hand. She wasn't very good at conversation, leading her to get lost in her thoughts rather easy when things fell silent.

"What's your favorite color?" He asked randomly, curious to find out more about her

Josephine glanced away a moment when she realized she'd been staring, but her gaze returned to him as she answered. "Green. Kind of like a dark forest green, though. What's yours?" She asked in return as she sat down with her back against the cave wall.
