Kai set her back down onto the ground lightly. He smiled at her. He watched as she opened the drawer with his boxers and put them on. He grinned and threw his head back laughing. Once he'd thoroughly laughed himself out he grinned at her. "Yknow, they look good on you," he smiled. "Well, you'll hafta put on some real pants if you wanna have dinner with my family,"

Camery watched him for a moment, a dumb grin across her face. At his comment, she giggled lightly. "Brilliant. I have myself some new pyjamas, then," she mused. After a moment a moment, though, she caught herself staring at him. He was just so... beautiful. She couldn't think of another way to describe it. "I love your laugh," she hummed to him, her smile bright. She rolled her eyes at his comment. "Well, I suppose showing up in your boxers wouldn't send the best message, hm?" She mused, grabbing her own pants and slipping them on. "Come on," she mused.

Kai chuckled, watching her pull on her pants with a grin. "Yeah, probably not the message we want to send my mother," He smirked at took her hand walking down to the dinning room.

Cam grinned at him and shrugged, her eyes light. "I dunno. I think she's rooting for us. Your sister definitely is," she mused lightly after a few moments. Of course, she wouldn't know... but it was nice to hope. It would make things a lot easier if they did want to support them, especially considering she wasn't sure how her own family would react. She held his hand tight as they wandered down, the two of them soon finding their seats at the dinner sable, Cam by then absolutely starving.

"True, but I don't think they'd appreciate you coming to dinner in my boxers," he teased lightly. Just before they entered the dinning room, he turned to Cam, "Oh, and I keep forgetting to tell you, my sisters a mind reader, so just try not to think of anything dirty while we're at dinner," he whispered to her before entering and taking his spot at the head of the table, Camery right next to him.

Camery looked over at him when he stopped her, her nose wrinkling slightly and a sort of chuckle escaping her after a moment or two. "Well, I wasn't going to think of anything, now that's all that's going to be on my mind," she teased him. It wasn't long until the food came out, and Camery, being absolutely ravenous, couldn't help but dig right in. Her mind wandered back to his comment, though. His sister could read minds? That was cool as fuck. Did she know what they were planning? She had to, surely.

Kai chuckled at her comment. He dug right in when then food came out, although keeping his proper etiquette.

Camery ate rather quickly, although made sure not to make a complete fool of herself at the dinner table with his family... that wouldn't go over very well. She wanted them to like her, more and more she was realising. She hoped they would. She knew how intimidating it could be having someone from another kingdom coming over, especially someone you didn't fully trust. She made sure to keep her thoughts to herself, although she couldn't help but be giddy about everything. Getting married? To Malakai? Yes please. It would be a while before they did anything or told anyone, but she couldn't help but be excited about the whole thing. When she was down, she set her cutlery down happily, a light smile spread across her face.

Alora glanced in between Kai and Camery with a smirk. Kai caught her gaze and could tell she'd read Cams mind and found something. Kai shot her a pleading look and shook his head a little. Alora rolled her eyes and returned to eating.

Camery sat quietly until everyone was done, a sort of light smile she always had spread across her face. That light one she didn't seem to know she held. She cocked her head slightly when she looked over at Kai, sort of catching his look towards his sister. She pursed her lips slightly after a moment, figuring she'd probably found something, although she wasn't too aware of her own thoughts at that point. When everyone was finished, she waited for the maids to take their plates and gave them a light smile and a bit of a nod as a thank you, waiting for everyone to finish up before looking to Kai again, waiting to see when he'd stand up to leave.
