Sage sort of chuckled and gave her a grin in response to her comments. "They feel good," he mused lightly. "You can't blame me for asking," he noted with a sort of chirp, really still just messing around. Besides, half the time he didn't even ask...she just noticed when he was uptight and offered one up. And he wasn't exactly going to refuse one. It was a bit of an amusing thought. He ate lunch quickly though....the sandwiches were rather delicious, and he was hungry. He finished around the same time as Mari, and he caught her grin so he rather knew what she was going to say before she said it. "I think it looks absolutely wonderful," he mused in agreement before going to get up and bring the basket inside, wandering over to the bedroom to figure out those swimsuits and such. They may as play around, he supposed.

Mari gave him a little hum before shaking her head. "You'll get one later. Don't worry," she mused lightly to him. "You know full well that when you ask you get one," she chuckled, sort of reaching to grab what was left in the basket before he took it away. She sat for a moment, just sort ot watching the sky. She wasn't sure what was in the cupboards, but she didn't think that she wanted to look to be honest. Sage could pick out whatever he wanted... she just liked being here. And she was a bit excited to go in the water, too. It really did look gorgeous.

Sage sort of just rummaged around the cubbord before just grabbing ones that sort of matched, since that was probably meant to happen, and wandered back outside. "They're definitely scary," he noted with amusement, holding the swimsuits up. He wasn't sure who would actually buy that sort of thing, but hey....it would be fun to play around with it all. It was a private island.....so they could wear this sort of thing. It was fine. And if it led to anything else, it wouldn't exactly be a problem.

Mari sort of sat outside. It was sort of getting late now, and to be completely honest it was nice to be outside. Back home it would have been freezing right about now. She let out a soft breath before leaning back against the chair, just sort of listening to the waves gently lapping over one another, watching as the sun hit off the sea in the most gorgeous way. She hummed gently, just enjoying the gorgeous place they managed to get themselves. That made it all so much better. They'd managed to do this, without any help. It made her smile at the thought, though by then Sage had re appeared. She grinned over at him, sort of eyeing what he was holding. "It's a little bit, yeah," she mused to him, sort of weighing up weather or not she'd actually put it on.

Sage sort of just chuckled in response to the girl's comment, plopping down on the chair next to her with a sigh, sort of just dropping the fabric onto the table. To be completely honest, he didn't care if they wound up dressing like that or not....he had a feeling both of them just wanted to relax and have some fun after all that travelling. But, messing around could do that. "I think you'd look better in that apron," he noted with a twinge of amusement as he looked over at her mischeviously. It was an old joke...though he did find her attractive. He was her husband...that wasn't exactly unknown news. And she felt the same way about him, he knew that. He didn't know if she'd actually packed that apron or not...he hadn't really thought about it until now. And he didn't particularly care. But even so...this could be fun. If they decided they wanted to dress up like that.

Mari looked up at him, his mischevious grin making her chuckle almost immediately. She eyed the fabric before raising her brow at him. "Hm?" she thought for a moment before giving a chuckle. "Babe that was years ago!" She giggled lightly to him. "And one child down," she added with a bit of a chuckle. "Unfortunately I didn't think to pack it," she giggled lightly to him. It had been shoved to the back of one of the cupboards in the kitchen ages ago, but the thought did amuse her. She sort of hummed before grabbing the suit, sort of trying to figrue it out as she sat there. After a moment she rolled her eyes and scooped it up before padding inside to try and get it on. She could admit, it would be amusing if nothing else, but she did want to have a bit of fun, and she supposed if Sage had picked it out he thought it would look good.

Sage sort of cackled in response to her comment, leaning over to peck her lips lightly. "You're still as beautiful and sexy as ever, even after the second child," he mused lightly, sort of reaching for his once she'd padded off to change and following her inside. He sort of just changed in the bedroom....that way his clothes were there for later. He eventually got the swimsuit on, though it certainly wasn't easy. It was skin tight and there honestly wasn't much to it....which made it harder to get on that he'd thought it would be. But he couldn't help but laugh when he saw himself in the mirror, so it was sort of worth it. Hopefully, Mari would think it looked good...because he wasn't sure. Though, that could have been because he didn't think he looked all that good anyway, or the fact that they were acting like a new couple nigt and they were much older by now. But whatever. It could be fun.

It honestly took the girl about twenty minutes to get the outfit on... It wasn't as bad as she thought it would be to firgure out, but it was just strange, she supposed. The getting it on bit was filled with a lot of laughter from the girl, especially once it was on. She wasn't sure why, it looked fine, but it was just different, she supposed. She'd never put anything on to accentuate anything before, so it really just amusing to her, she supposed. She felt like a teen trying to figure something like this out. She sort of waddled up behind him in the mirror, still struggling to hold her giggle in. She sort of hummed and moved to wrap her arms around his waist and rested her head on his back, a stupid looking grin across her face.

Sage wasn't sure how long it had taken him, though he noticed Mari coming up behind him and chuckled in response to her action sort of leaning into her and moving hsi head to peck her cheek lightly. "I can't believe we're doing this," he chuckled, shaking his head slightly. It was rather amusing though, so he figured they were both amused enough to make it all work. "But you look lovely, my dear," he hummed, patting her hands softly. "Shall we go swimming before it gets dark," he asked, sort of looking at her reflection in the mirror since he could see that better than he could see her actual face.

Mari hummed lightly to him before moving to press a soft kiss to his lips. "It's stupid, hm," she chuckled to him before moving to run her hands softly down his chest at his comment, get grin only growing and a small flush across her face. "You look pretty good yourself," she hummed lightly, sort of taking his hand when he patted hers, a smile just growing even more as she lead him outside. She sort of stood in the water, where the waves sort of lapped over her feet. It all felt so strange, but it did make her feel good all the same.
