Finnegan Larson - Finn ate in silence. Apparently, Zoya noticed and pulled him aside after dinner. "Whats going on with you two this time?" she asked. "I asked her to marry me," Finn replied. Zoya gasped, grinning. "Really? What'd she say?" Zoya asked excitedly. "No," Finn replied. Zoya practically deflated. "Oh," "Yeah..."

Sera went out once the sunset. She concentrated on the target ahead of her, she shot a ball of fire. Bullseye. She didn't feel anything. She often practiced her aim when she was tense or stressed. It helped get her mind off things

After his little talk with Zoya, that wasnt comforting at all, he went out to the meadow again but after dark, just walking around. He sat down and sighed, pulling the ring out of his pocket. He just stared at it. Finn felt so stupid. Who would want to marry him? He was so ugly, never enough...

Sera sat alone in her tent, unsure of how to proceed.

Finn took one last look at the ring before hurling it into the distance. It was too dark to see where it landed, and Finn didn't care. She'd never want to marry him...

Sera sighed, curling up and wrapping her arms around her knees. She sat there staring at the wall

Finnegan Larson - Finn eventually dragged his feet back to his tent. It was strange really, he hadn't spent much time in his tent recently, as he'd practically moved in with Sera. He curled up in bed, back to the door, staring at the wall. Tears trickled down his face. God, he felt so so stupid. She would never want to marry him... no one wanted him... he was awful... ugly... stupid... useless...

Sera struggled to fall asleep, as Finn's scent still lingered in her room. She hadn't gotten used to sleeping alone again

Finnegan Larson - Finn didn't sleep that night. He just laid awake, alone, staring at the wall.
