When sage had moved back inside, it looked like Elara was already asleep. He chuckled softly, watching her fondly for a moment before he got into his chair and let his eyes drift shut, though her hand on his arm was his last lingering thought. When he woke the next morning, the girls were already awake, and he sat up groggily, rubbing his eyes and peering over at where elara was doing ... something. He wasn't quite sure yet. |

"Morning sleepyhead, went and shot two turkeys, want some?" She asked, currently multitasking between eating and teaching Liz, who was scribbling away on a parchment. |

Sage felt his eyebrows move upwards as he processed what she was saying. "Two," he asked, voice still thick with sleep as he moved to get up and head towards the kitchen, pecking Liz on the head and then plopping down next to Elara. "Maybe in a bit," he noted, running his hands along his face in an attempt to wake up a bit more. |

"Yup, had to take Liz with me and was scared she'd scare everything away, was really quiet though. Probably because I told her if she was quiet i'd teach her more." She noted, Liz looking up at her as she finished an entire little work sheet Elara had made. "Done!" |

Sage hummed softly when she mentioned taking Liz with, slowly starting to wake up. "Good," he mused. "That will last us for a while," he added. With winter starting, game would be harder to come by. "We should try to preserve as much food as we can," he suggested as a second thought. |

"Good idea, it'll be harder to find anything here come winter." She noted softly, quickly checking Liz's sheet before handing it back. |

Sage nodded, sitting back in his chair with a sigh. "We'll have to gather up plants. Berries and such too, before they all die," he added. "The next few days we can do that....maybe run to town and pick some supplies up." |

"Keep them moving! They found a trail and I am not losing my head over this!" A man shouted from atop his steed, the hunting dogs tracking infront of him. His battalion all kept moving, the trail belonging to that of the princess who had gone missing months ago, Princess Elara. And Commander Hawke was not about to give up on the trail leading to her. The dogs split apart, all lifting their noses from the ground and returning back to their masters. "The trail's dead," Hawke muttered, turning back towards the kingdom. ~~~~~~~ Elara nodded, liking the idea of heading back to town. "Sounds like a plan, maybe I could get a word or two to Nate." She noted |

Sage nodded with a grin in response to her comment. "We can stop by and find him," he agreed lightly. "Give me a few minutes to get ready and we can head out," he added happily. |

She grinned. "If you're down to track him down, go for it." Elara mused, busying Liz once more as he went to get ready. |
