Sweat rolled down Caspian's neck. Was he used to these conditions? Sure. Did that mean he enjoyed it? Absolutely not. What he wouldn't give for a good scratch on the withers, but he would manage alone. It was just better this way. After what happened with his herd, the danger he had put them in, it was best he remained alone. So, he would simply soldier on. Notes: I'm so sorry things have been crazy..
